To support the provision of health care, primarily but not exclusively in Shropshire Staffordshire and Cheshire, by providing dedicated Transport services of urgently required medical items when normal Trust services are unavailable.By use of volunteers these service are Free of Charge to the Trusts, allowing essential funds to be diverted back intopatient care, rather than into transport cost

We provide independent advocacy to any adult with any disability including multiple disabilities and complex needs. We help any age from 18 upwards including older people, any ethnicity, any gender, any sexual orientation. We work in Shropshire including Telford & Wrekin, offering: Short, Medium and Long-Term help.

The provision of a modern, fully equipped and maintained, multi purpose community centre. Facilities include state of the art Cinema/Theatre, Meeting/Conference Rooms, Catering facilities, Art/Exhibition Gallery and leisure space. The Centre is currently run by more than one hundred volunteers with four full time and one part time employees.

The promotion of the education of students at Shrewsbury Colleges Group who are in need of financial assistance by giving them grants and the provision for Shrewsbury Colleges Group of special benefits of any kind not normally provided by the local education authority.

To relieve, in cases of need, contibuting members, past and present, of the West Mercia Constabulary and their families and dependants who are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped or infirm or may be in necessitous or impoverished condition, or who are suffering from temporary financial hardship.

The Shropshire Islamic Foundation (SIF) provides Islamic education & community prayer facilities to the people of Telford and the surrounding areas. Premises include Telford Central Mosque, King St, and Tan Bank Mosque, both in Wellington. Services includes a boys & girls evening school, various weekend social and community events mainly via Shropshire and Telford United Women's Association.

The Owen Jenkins Trust focuses its donation activities, but not exclusively so, in supporting charities in the environmental, homeless and youth development sectors in Shropshire, the Marches and the West Midlands area.

Public worship

Gives charitable donations to six trusts, of which four are in the surrounding parishes one being for the maintenance of Lady Leveson chapel in Warwick cathedral

To provide opportunities to address the educational, developmental and leisure needs of the young people and wider community of Newport Shropshire and District by establishing an indoor meeting place for the promotion of informal social education and within the building a volunteer lead cafe which will provide work experience opportunities including those living with disabilities

The principle activity is the management of accommodation and the delivery of support services to clients housed in that accommodation thereby preventing rough sleeping and alleviating homelessness. This will help to prevent fatalities and reduce health problems which would otherwise impact on acute and mental health services. The trustees have had regard to the public benefit guides PB1,2 and 3.
