Dementia Matters provides support services to people with dementia and other degenerative neurological disorders and their carers. The charity provides a home care and support service in the community, independent supported living houses, day centres, residential respite care, training, advice and information and advocacy.

Activities of the charity include supporting London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust and other NHS organisations in North West London, by providing funds to benefit patients and staff and by purchasing complementary equipment or services for which the organisations are unable to provide funding through the NHS exchequer sources.
