We want people affected by the disorder to live long and fulfilling lives and work to achieve this by raising awareness of the condition, improving access to quality treatment, promoting clinical research and supporting anyone affected by cardiomyopathy every step of the way.

Advocating to ensure that every person has timely and effective diagnosis, treatment and care of the Condition. Funding and disseminating research into the management and cure of axial SpA and its causes.
