Work to raise funds to improve all aspects of head and neck cancer treatment for patients in Manchester and the North-West. We do this by organising charity events, charity seminars, and individuals who offer to raise money for the charity through and activity of their choice.

Currently The Charity is focussing on the biodiversity crisis. Organising a summer Festival in Newcastle upon Tyne annually entitled Art and Biodiversity Celebration. This used the SAGA methodology which is to combine Science Art Games and Action to develop a public and community response to Biodiversity. By action we understand creating an improvement to the biodiversity environment.

The charity works to advance education and promote research in medical and veterinary mycology, and to disseminate research results for public benefit. The charity holds annual scientific meetings, sponsors conference speakers, provides grants for mycology training and for participation in conferences.

To educate, promote and implement on an individual, regional and global level, environmental programmes to eliminate plastics and marine debris entering the seas and coastal areas. We want to change the "I can't be bothered," attitude by tackling the problem at source. Our goal is to ensure marine life and fish stocks are sustainable for future generations.

Activities in our charity are around advancing the Christian faith in accordance with the Statement of Faith throughout England and Wales for the public benefit. The main activities include: providing a place of worship and printing, circulating and publishing Christian literature.

The Technology, Pedagogy and Education Association (TPEA) promotes research and effective practice in the use of digital technologies in education and the teaching of computing. It supports teacher education and continuing teacher professional development through sharing resources; publishing and promoting research; organising events and opportunities to share expertise and learn from others.

The charity organises and promotes The Parkhouse Award. The Parkhouse Award is a biennial International Chamber Music Competition for piano based ensembles from duos to piano quartets.

Education, training and learning about creative thinking and problem solving. Workshops for school pupils, teachers, charities, community groups and the public. Evaluation and assessment of the success of creative projects. Measuring development of the creativity of groups and individuals. Create and distribute pyjamas and surgical gowns specially designed and approved by hospitals, sewn by volunteers, to hospitals and UK children. Help children and families feel more comfortable whilst the child is undergoing surgeries or treatments in hospital, other health facility or home. Initial gown and/or pair of pyjamas are provided free of charge to the family subject to a postage charge.

Evie's Night Owls' purpose is to facilitate access to funding for families with dependents who have life-limiting or terminal illnesses or conditions, enabling them to access overnight respite care in their own homes.

The Hymn Society of Great Britain and Ireland, encouraging study and research in hymnody; promoting good standards of hymn-singing; encouraging the discerning use of hymns and songs in worship; sponsoring relevant publications.

The Mindful Foundation delivers trauma-informed programmes designed to prevent abuse, violence and harmful behaviour. Think Different supports children and young people through schools and educator training, while Inside Power works with adults in the criminal justice system to reduce harmful behaviour and reoffending. Our programmes are delivered in the UK and South Africa.

ROTARY CLUB. The Club's members participate in fundraising and using those funds to support a number of good causes which are decided upon by the members. We lend physical as well as financial support to some projects.

We support projects primarily in the UK and Africa that have an identifiable end to them, usually at a low value. We are a Domestic Violence charity offering Outreach Service to women who require our support. The services we can provide support in are: Domestic Violence, Abuse, Divorce, Child Support, Immigration, Refuge, Benefits, Training Courses and Education Programmes, Access to Solicitors.

To relieve the suffering of IG's in need of care and attention.To provide rescue homes for pedigree or crossbred IG's, and to facilitate their rehoming.To ensure that Rescue IG's in need of veterinary care receive the appropriate treatment.To educate the public as to responsible ownership of the breed.To promote research into diseases and health issues affecting the breed.
