The NNA maintains a documentary and photographic record of textiles located in the community throughout the United Kingdom. The advancement of the education of the public in the history of Coastal Forces by the restoration, preservation and permanent display, for public benefit, of Coastal Forces craft, together with relevant artefacts, records and memorabilia relating to such craft.In furtherance of these activities the Charity supports Coastal Forces veterans and historic craft.

The charity is currently involved in 3 projects in the Kisoro region of SW Uganda: supporting the medical centre, nutrition unit and rehabilitation unit at a child crisis centre; funding improvements to infrastructure and equipment at Rutaka health centre; and supporting the Batwa community in Mikingo village, particularly through funding infrastructure improvements.
