FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS, IN PARTICULAR DOGS, IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY PLACING SUCH ANIMALS INTO FOSTER HOMES OR MAINTAINING A RESCUE CENTER OR OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION, CARE AND TREATMENT OF THE ANIMALS, SEEKING TO SUITABLY REHOME THEM, AND TAKING REASONABLE STEPS TO ENSURE THEY REMAIN IN THEIR NEW HOME.

The Trustees shall hold the capital and income of the Trust Fund upon trust to apply the income or capital at such time for the benefit of charitable objects at their discretion.In the objects clause the Trustees are also given power at their discretion to accumulate income for a period of 21 years from the date of death of the deceased.
