For our current 5 year focus (running until the end of 2029), we are supporting charities that are working to protect the environment, or enabling the successful transition from secondary education to employment. We undertake our own research for funding opportunities. We do not invite, and cannot consider, speculative funding requests.

The Royal Society of Biology is a single unified voice for biology: advising Government and influencing policy; advancing education and professional development; supporting our members, and engaging and encouraging public interest in the life sciences.

John Ellerman Foundation is a general grantmaking trust distributing over ?4 million each year. The Foundation aims to support national charities working in the following three categories: Arts, Environment and Welfare.

The UK Career Academy Foundation leads and supports a national movement of employers, schools and colleges, working to raise the aspirations of 16-19 year olds who are considering a career in business.

The charities activities include the provision and distribution of grants and donations in support and relief of poverty, educational and religious institutions and organisations.

United By 2022 is the legacy charity for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. 2022 will be a year of celebration and grounded in the spirt of the Games for Everyone we are building a community fund to support projects that:enable people to solve the challenges on their doorstep, make the world a fairer, more inclusive place and turn Games venues into well loved and well used community spaces.

To facilitate education of and provide guidance to young people through schools, a retreat centre and local community work.

Support for survivors of sexual violence aged 4 and up : Counselling. Group, Play therapies. Self Esteem Workshops. Training and Consultancy for professionals. Prevention and Awareness workshops with young people. Advocacy support for survivors going through the Criminal Justice System. Outreach for survivors for who face additional marginalisation or barrier for support.

To advance the education and to preserve the health of individuals by providing therapeutic support, education and care in accordance with the principles, methods and philosophy of Rudolf Steiner.

We run the Maths Circles programme. Maths Circles are out-of-class maths clubs for secondary school pupils. They aim to develop students' mathematical thinking and expand their mathematical curiosity. Participation in Circles supports high-attaining students (particularly from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds) to develop their mathematical excellence.

Wise Children is a new theatre company conceived, created and led by multi award-winning director Emma Rice. Wise Children create landmark work with exceptional artists, challenge outmoded theatre touring models, train the next generation of creative practitioners, and discover the creative spaces of the future.

One Small Thing is striving for positive change in the criminal justice system by implementing small changes in a big way. We provide trauma-informed treatment programmes for the prison and community sectors that consider the individual caught in a cycle of crime and incarceration and aim to humanise their process.

Women in Prison Ltd works to reduce the number of women in prison and to lessen the damage done to women by imprisonment. We do this by providing direct information, advice and support services and by campaigning to end the gender inequality experienced by women in the criminal justice system.

Our vision is to make a positive impact on the lives of disadvantaged children and young people through our commitment to quality charitable work.Our projects are aimed at meeting the needs of children and young people in the British Isles aged up to 25 who are disadvantaged physically, mentally or socially.We fund capital projects and deliver operational social programmes.

The Kusuma Trust UK is a family-led trust making philanthropic investments in the community around us. We give grants to causes, organisations and people that are making a positive difference to society. Surfers Against Sewage is a national marine conservation and campaigning charity that inspires, unites and empowers communities to take action to protect oceans, beaches, waves and wildlife.

GlobalGiving UK helps smaller charities working in local communties worldwide become more self reliant and sustainable. We do this through access to more funding (through www.globalgiving.co.uk), skilled volunteers and free training - using technology to maximise access and minimise cost.
