GENERAL CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY

We provide outdoor recreational activities (walking, paddling, and climbing) that are free to attend by those affected by poor mental health. The aim of these events is to promote improved wellbeing through a reconnection with nature. All of our events are delivered by qualified outdoor professionals and supported by mental health first aid trained volunteers.

The Songwriting Charity engages with children and young people to generate creative energy around issues that impact on their lives such as bullying, health, mental health, all through songwriting.
