Scrapbox runs a reclaimed resources centre, dedicated to collecting, processing and redistributing clean, re-usable waste materials from businesses and individuals which still have a useful purpose in art, craft and home projects. We do this through selling the resources to our Members, who pay a small fee to join and who benefit from low cost, reclaimed materials, saved mainly from landfill.

The society organises events throughout the year to promote greater knowledge of the works of Gilbert and Sullivan to members and the public in general. We provide an up to date Gilbert and Sullivan library at the Barbican in London and publish the Gilbert and Sullivan news three times a year. The society also makes occasional grants to similar organisations.

We provide support and education to young people impacted by Huntington's disease.

As a recently established charity we are raising funds to create purpose built Respite Centres.In the past 12 months we have adapted our fundraising to accommodate Covid restrictions.Events included Launch party in Plymouth (just got in before lockdown) & sponsored walk.
