Specifically funding: Research into children's illnesses; New facilities to extend the range of treatment provided ; Specialist medical equipment to enhance the care programme of the Trust; Improving the environment for our patients, families and visitors.

The relief of sickness and preservation of health for the public benefit among people residing in the UK and the London area in particular, but not exclusively, by providing a network of defibrillators throughout the area, provision of CPR training and enhancing public awareness around Cardiac health and associated conditions.

The School of Philosophy & Economic Science offers courses in Philosophy, Economics and other subjects founded on spiritual principles expressing the natural laws applicable to humanity as discerned from the world's major spiritual and philosophical teachings. It also promotes arts & sciences through lectures, seminars and concerts, and supports other charities with similar activities and objects.

Chain of Hope provides medical treatment for children and young persons overseas. Providing on-site and overseas training, mentoring and provision of equipment, Chain of Hope also builds up infrastructure to help to establish and develop cardiac services in developing countries. As an interim measure, Chain of Hope brings children to the UK and Europe for open and closed heart operations.

To promote the efficiency of the administration of educational charities in direct pursuit of their objectives by:(a) advice, training and information about financial planning, effective management procedures, and the best use of available resources, and(b) other assistance appropriate to the provision of financial planning, procedural advice and resource management.
