We raise money in the UK so that we can pay the secondary school fees of the brightest children from poor homes in several villages in Sierra Leone - Mahera, Kayunga, Bonthe and Shenge. We also buy wheelchairs and adapted bicycles to enable disabled children to get to school. Finally, we give grants to groups and organisations which meet the education and training needs of the poorest students.

The principal activity and object of the charity is the charitable advancement of education in laryngology through research and training for the benefit of the public.
