Oppidan runs peer-mentoring programmes in state-maintained schools across England.

We focused on the Sustainable Communities Act. This involves policies to combat the joint problems of poverty and environmental decline; and sets up a mechanism whereby those policies will be driven by local communities. We also made grants for the promotion of the Act.We funded an investigation into the social and environmental effects of energy policy.

The Ibn Rushd Centre is a research foundation. It aims to advance knowledge by contributing to the existing bodies of knowledge regarding the study of Islam and Muslims. SPARC is a charity which supports people with learning disabilities.We were first formed in July 1995.Our services in the recent past have been in the area of employment and training in independent travel skills.SPARC's main current areas of activity are concerned with personal safety training and improving the health and welfare of our members.

The purpose of the charity is to allow community use of the building, and provide a nurturing, supportive and collaborative environment to enable positve community impact.
