To promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Tees Valley & surrounding area provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of those who have need by reason of youth, age, infirmity/disablement, financial hardship, social & economic circumstances or for the public in the interests of social welfare & with the aim of improving the condition of life of said inhabitants.

Fountain Gate Chapel, Croydon is a church in the local area that is open to people from all walks of life and supports the religious needs of the people. The church offers donations to food banks, homeless and the deprived in the society. The church also supports single parents and extend a helping hand to people in dire need who visit. The church meets at Norbury Manor Primary School on Sundays.

To further the development of Buddhist culture, Buddhist psychology, and Buddhist psychotherapy, appropriate to the contemporary world. To support Dharma practitioners and Dharma students. To sponsor the training of individuals in the spiritual, psychological and practical skills necessary to actualise the principles of compassion, wisdom and skilful means in the context of contemporary society

We aim to create new allotment sites around the UK. Working mainly with volunteers we identify suitable sites for new allotments which will build community, help people learn about growing their own food. New allotment sites will also reduce waiting lists and increase biodiversity. We work with the National Allotment Society and local authorities.

To advance the Christian faith through a variety of activities, in Mitcham, Surrey, other parts of the UK or the world as the trustees determine. This includes the spiritual advancement of the Membership, pastoral care, discipleship, prayer, evangelism, missions and social action projects in the community.

Our group meets every week in a hire hall in the community where we teach attendants on the principles of the christian faith. We invite interested members of the public to attend the meetings. At the end of the meetings attendants usually contribute donations to cover the running expenses of the meetings.

Provision of a holistic meditation retreat

The Charity makes grants and donations in accordance with its objectives to institutions which utilise funds in a manner which accords with the charity's objectives.

To advance such charitable purposes (according to the law of England and Wales) as trustees see fit from time to time, principally by making grants.

To advance the education and training of those granted refugee status, new immigrants from Hongkong or British National Overseas (BNO) migrants resettling in the UK from Hong Kong, and their dependants in need thereof so as to advance them in life and assist them to adapt within a new community. To advance the Christian faith primarily among the Hongkong diaspora in England.

FSSE organises two week-long annual residential Quaker events in August: Junior Gathering (formerly Summer School, ages 11-14) and Senior Conference (15-18). These events advocate the Quaker testimonies of peace, simplicity, equality and truth. They are significant in the lives of those who attend, building confidence, knowledge and supportive friendships which can last a lifetime.

We are a Christian church organisation, aiming to help people to meet God spiritually, psychologically, and physically, so that they could be saved from their suffering lives. We also use our donation for social care services, like childcare , local food bank services, public social needs, eg. Providing PPE for hospitals at earlier COV.19 periods. Operation Hope focuses on the advancement of the Christian religion and the relief of poverty. Main activities include evangelism and teaching events, as well as the setting up of projects to help those most in need. Currently it operates in both the UK and Kenya.

The main funding raising activity of the Trust is centered around the annual concert in which all the musicians and singers are based in the property and construction industry in the East Midlands.

The charity provides independent living to the owners and tenants and offers additional services such as domestic help when required. It operates in the South East of England and has three trustees who are all involved in the operation of the trust.

Journey2Work Trading as Get Set Uk supports individuals with complex needs to access employment, careers and education opportunities that help them to Get Set for a better tomorrow.

To relieve the needs of children and young people who are terminally ill or sick and their families, or children and young people who are suffering as a result of a bereavement of a parent in the UK, by the provision of or assistance with the provision of in particular but not exclusively goods, items, services and respite holidays and short breaks.

We arrange tutoring free of charge to people who for whatever reason have not had access to education or who need to or wish to advance their education. Ordinarily this is done in the context of a school, with the schools selected on the basis of high deprivation within their catchments, and otherwise we work in partnership with other educational charities.
