ADVANCING THE CHRISTIAN FAITH THROUGH WORSHIP SERVICES

The activities of the charity are to advance education of the public in the subject of animal rights law, in particular but not exclusively by providing lectures, workshop, courses, conferences and other educational events in the subject of animal rights law; and by carrying out and promoting academic research in the subject of animal rights law.

Brass Band

Advance the religion and culture of Islam. Advance education with the overall aim to improve quality of life, enhance life skills, and improve livelihood opportunities.Prevention and relief of poverty and sickness anywhere in the world, in particular amongst those affected by natural disasters, wars, conflicts, financial hardship and other humanitarian emergencies. Also, carrying out charitable work connected to the Church and supporting the local and international communities. FINANCIAL GRANTS TO EX-OFFENDERS AND THEIR FAMILIES

WTF's main aim is to prevent suicide through the development of early intervention projects and campaigns, working primarily with young people and the people who care for them, including families and friends.

To advance education by the provision of supplementary and home work tuition classes. To promotion religious harmony for the benefit of the public, to run prayer sessions, cultural activities, holiday play schemes for the young people. The prevention and relief of poverty for the public benefit through the provision of financial support, food, clothing, toiletries, essential household items and guidance on accessing linked social support.

In order to help Christians grow and apply their faith at home, in the Church and society, the GOLD Project: a) provides interactive learning resources to enable systematic study of the Bible and other theological subjects; b) appoints and trains tutors to organise and run local study groups;c) runs regional study days for the benefit of students, tutors and other Christians.

The charity supports the people of Grenada and those of Grenadian descent living in UK to ameliorate the effects of their ancestors enslavement, with particular attention to facilitating education in Grenada.

We believe that all children should have access to a wide range of quality literature that engages them, builds excitment in reading and represents our diverse communities. We give the children the ultimate say on who wins our awards, supported through online author events, competitions and more. We also gift books to disadvantaged children, as nominated by their teachers, so no one misses out.

TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION OF MENTAL HEALTH PRIMARILY IN GREATER LONDON COMMUNITIES BUT ALSO ACROSS THE UK AND TO ASSIST IN RELIEVING AND REHABILITATING PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL DISORDER OR CONDITIONS OF EMOTIONAL OR MENTAL DISTRESS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, EDUCATION, ADVOCACY AND PRACTICAL ADVICE.

Our policy is to give grants at the discretion of the members of Clacton on Sea Lions Club following investigation and recommendation of the Trustees. Whilst in general there are no restrictions on the purpose for which a grant can be given applications for capital projects and core funding are not normally considered. Applications from Clacton and surrounding areas are normally given priority.

To establish and run Englefield Village Hall and to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of the parish of Englefield or for the public at large the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of village life of the said inhabitants.
