The Sporting Spirit Foundation is a Charity organisation dedicated to promoting physical activity and healthy living. Our mission is to empower individuals of all ages and abilities to adopt and maintain an active lifestyle through sports and fitness programs. Our activities include a range of initiatives designed to engage and inspire people to get moving, regardless of their background.

To help young people by providing them with opportunities which they would otherwise not be able to afford. To provide support and promote education by awarding scholarships, allowances or grants. To prevent poverty of young people around the world by providing or assisting with education, training, healthcare, activities and support to enable them to generate income and be self-sufficient.

Teaching people "how to" and not just short term interventions. Knowledge and Education is the greatest advantage. We provide health education and support to people from difficult socioeconomic backgrounds, helping them achieve more, and live longer healthier lives. We aim to provide this support internationally one day.

Educating businesses to provide supportive, welcoming, inclusive spaces for people with mental ill-health

A) Advance education and personal development for ethnic minorities and disadvantaged groups in the UK through training, seminars, and support.B) Relieve unemployment among ethnic minorities and disadvantaged groups through skills development and career guidance.C) Support SEND children, disabled adults and their families through inclusive services, advocacy and community-based support.

Our charity receives applications for grants for specific projects run by children's charities or to benefit children. We then make grants to selected charities.

The Charity, based in Ealing, runs weekly classes in yoga, breath, relaxation, meditation and philosophy. It holds occasional retreats, distributing books, yoga materials and other publications. The Centre respects all faiths and religions. It aims at a practical blend of the philosophy and psychology of both the traditional East and the modern West.

Changing Horizons is a dedicated mental health charity committed to creating a healthier, more inclusive society. We provide a number of mental health courses create to give people the knowledge and confidence to support someone in crisis. We are also committed to tackling the stigma and discrimination around mental health and mental illness.

Happy Tears Foundation promotes the well-being of vulnerable, deprived, and disadvantaged people living in Leeds and West Yorkshire by advancing education, relieving poverty and improving their welfare through community-based activities in collaboration with organisations with similar interests. We also promote African Culture, Sports, Healthy Living, and social, recreational and sporting events.

This is our Charity Account which runs alongside our normal Rotary activities. It used to enable us to raise funds to help the various local charities and people in the Bradford District. The principal objects of the Trust are to provide:1. Post-graduate scholarships and grants for Ghanaians and Nigerians;2. Our funding is generated by activities within a 10 mile radius of Taverham, Norfolk. Our funds for supporting local, national & international appeals is handled by our service committee, although a majority support from clubs membership is required before spending is agreed. We help amongst others:- local schools and surgeries, national & international appeals.
