The provision of bursaries to young, talented but financial disadvantaged persons in the North West to cover the cost of tuition fees and ancillary costs. Once a bursary has been granted at the commencement of secondary education support will be provided until full time education ceases.

The charity educates the public and in particular young people within the City of Leeds and elsewhere in the dramatic and operatic arts and furthers the development of public appreciation and taste in such arts.
