Ryde Lions Club, Isle of Wight, serves the local community and surrounding areas as well as helping people internationally.We do fundraising activities, such as BBQs, local cinema, and quiz evenings, which enable us to offer a grant policy for those in our community. We help in the organisation of PSA testing events, which have helped in the early detection of prostate cancer.

Activities include:Workshops to learn about mental health and how to find providers. Building accommodation to house mentally ill people. To provide the right medications

Raising awareness of Battens Disease

To relieve health poverty across the world with the help of our trustees and donations. The key focus being to help improve public health and the saving of lives, particularly in areas of the world where it is lacking.

We hold regular Christian services, Provide Food Aid to the local community, Hire our leased property out for parties and private events.We also provide teachings and some counselling services to those in need.We are open to all faiths, and backgrounds.

We work with other local charitable organisations in Dewsbury, to help the homeless and the most vulnerable in our society. As part of this, we provide weekly hot meals for our homeless friends and anyone in real need. We also work with Fareshare and Tesco and collect surplus food from them which we drop off to our local partners who then pass this on to people in need.

To prevent or relive poverty of persons living in the West Midlands, particularly but not exclusively refugees, asylum seekers, migrant workers and their dependants by the provision of information, advocacy and advice, including but not limited to: interpreting and translating; money management and debt advice; health and housing advice and support.

Friends of Fulford Primary School, we fundraise via events to help raise money for our school to provide activities and items that do not fall under the school budget.

Activities of Christian religion

Our PTA works with our school staff, parents & pupils to put on a range of events and activities, such as sweet sales, raffles, family fun days etc. These help to build the school community and help fundraise for the children. We use our funds to purchase additional activities for the school children such as Christmas Pantos, author visits, science week etc.

Haverhill Lions Club provide help and service to our local community. The key way in which we help is by contributing funds to local groups and organisations for their own community based projects. We are able to do this by fundraising throughout the year from 3 main sources. BBQ's at summer events, providing rides on our bespoke'Thomas'train, and at Xmas organise a very popular Santa's Grotto.

The Foundation will primarily support local community groups, charities, schools and organisations operating in Mole Valley and the wider Surrey area however from time to time may support both National and International causes.

Found Futures provides educational materials and information media in the industry of Architecture and Design, to help prepare or assist young people in gaining entry into higher education and the world of work.

The Yorkshire and Humber Association of Civic Societies (YHACS) is the distinct voice of the Civic Society Movement in the Yorkshire and Humber region. Our vision is to enhance the quality of life for all citizens in the region by engaging them in not only the protection of heritage, but also the promotion of sustainable development and urban renaissance.

Holding regular worship services to promote the christian faith in the community.

We identify communities living in extreme poverty in Brazil. Through a screening process, which includes the lack of at least one meal per day and the willingness to be educated, we select specific families from these communities. The families are then enrolled in a skill-specific training which helps them find a job. In exchange for attending the course, they receive one food pack per month.
