Supporting Christian education in Worcester

Baker Dearing Educational Trust licenses UTCs (University Technical Colleges). The Charity offers guidance and support to UTCs to help them ensure high standards of education and financial viability and liaises between sponsors, the UTCs themselves and the Department for Education.

The activities of the Launch It Trust continue to be the provision of business support and subsidised workspace units to start-up businesses, many of whom are also supported by The Prince's Trust.

The training of recognised candidates for ordained ministry in the Church of England and in other mainstream Christian Churches and, where appropriate, for the preparation of suitable candidates for Lay Ministry.

Commonweal is a housing based action learning charity. The charity creates and facilitates housing projects in partnership with expert delivery partners that incorporate bespoke services for occupiers enduring social injustice in order to demonstrate how these social injustices can be compassionately restored. It then shares key learning to aid others to shape and deliver future services.

KALA SANGAM is an intercultural arts hub which aims to reflect the diversity of contemporary Britain through the work we present, the artists we support and the communities we engage. In Sanskrit, 'Kala' means arts and 'Sangam' means a meeting point. Specialising in South Asian arts and culture, most of our work takes place in our Arts Centre in the heart of Bradford.

Alwahab Foundation (formerly known as Ummah Charity International) has been transforming lives through various initiatives, including providing clean water, sustainable income sources, and eye care, as well as building mosques. Our charity makes grants as the trustees see fit, in particular but not limited to the relief of financial hardship among people in Central and South America and among refugees, asylum seekers and migrant workers, to the promotion of the care of children suffering from cancer in England and Scotland, and to the promotion of the health of people suffering from sarcoma in England and Scotland.
