We raise funds to support musical learning in Rotherham. This is largely, but not exclusively, young people. We are currently purchasing 45 music stand lights for the use of all musical groups.

To support isolated adults on recreational activities so as for them to get to know others in a similar situation by taking them to a farm in Reading.Talk & Prayer lines for general chat & prayer respectively aimed at isolated adult beneficiaries.

THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION (THE OBJECTS) IS TO ADVANCE THEEDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY:DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL;ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.

The Charity generates funds from fund raising events and further income is generated from investments

Grant making

SAF has launched a grassroots fundraising campaign, called Make your Mark, to provide funds for the Hold and wider archive-related projects. It has initiated a programme of teacher engagement, now run by Suffolk Archives, and is developing a fundraising and sponsorship strategy. It collaborates with other charities with a view to supporting both the Hold and Suffolk Archives in general.

The charity's objects are to promote the Buddhist spirits, specifically peace and happiness by remembering and practising mindful reflections as seen in the traditions of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism. We encourage people in England to get involved with our traditional program such as 108 prostrations, Seon Meditation, Seon Yoga, Vegetarian Temple Food, Tea Ceremony, Buddhist Art, etc.

Fundraising and collecting donations for an orphanage in Gaziantep, Turkey.

The Woking Karunya charitable society is formed with the intention of helping poor people in Kerala, India, by providing financial aid to those who suffer from poverty due to unemployment, illness, disability, financial hardship, mental instability and other reasons.

Holding regular worship services to promote the christian faith in the community.

Our main activities involve running two programmes. An Incubator (Accelerator) programme helping students build social impact projects by providing education, mentorship and cash prize. An Academy programme guiding students through the process of becoming social entrepreneurs via video courses and hands-on assignments.

Poverty

Optimi provides information about Targeted Training therapy for families and therapists. This therapy helps promote postural control in children with movement difficulties. Optimi also hosts online teaching materials for therapists and provides a forum for exchange of information and questions/answers.

Street Children Relief Centre works in the UK and in Africa. In the UK, the charity strengthens families and communities through workshops on parenting, youth mentoring and running a charity shop. In Africa, the charity assists street children with food, clothes, shelter, education and health care.
