We bring people of all ages from contrasting backgrounds and cultures together to work in musical and other artistic projects. However, it has not been possible to initiate any new projects during the year in question.

TO RELIEVE THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED DUE TO ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGES WITH A PARTICULAR INTEREST IN SUPPORTING LOCAL YOUTH CAUSES AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME SEE FIT. FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS OBJECT 'OTHER DISADVANTAGES' MEANS THOSE WITH IMPOVERISHED BACKGROUND INCLUDING FROM DIFFICULT ENVIRONMENTAL CHALLENGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY YOUNG HOMELESS.

The Ormiston Vulnerable Children's Foundation (OVCF, the "Foundation") was set up in 2015 to raise funds to support the education, skills and capabilities of disadvantaged young people to enable them to participate fully in society as independent and responsible individuals. General fundraising activities

Fundraising through the charity shop, & making donations to local volunteer's and Charitable organisations.

We offer emotional support and comfort directly to children with cancer and histiocytosis, as well as their parents staying on the children's cancer ward. We wish to enhance their emotional and psychological health through the provision of gifts.We also plan to support bereaved parents with memorial gifts to remember their child.

The Charity's main activity is to provide ideas for the improved design of care and accommodation for people with dementia.

Encouragement of Arts for young African children.Promotion of the integrated study of the Arts and Academic Education.Provision of an online platform for members to unleash their creative potential.Development of strategic partnerships for continued investment in Education and the Arts.Education of Creativity and the Arts in all its aspects to the general public.

The organisation aims to use fitness as a vehicle to positively improve the physical and mental abilities of disadvantaged young people. Through the realms of fitness, these young people will acquire the tools to better handle the negative affects society can have on them and provide them with opportunities where possible through a 18-month fitness base Programme.

To advance and promote for the public benefit the performing arts generally and in particular but not exclusively, music, dance, speech and drama,

to establish, maintain and manage a rehabilitation and recovery centre. Brainfartz first centre will be in Yorkshire. The centre will be a modern and well equipped facility, offering access to quality rehabilitation, recovery, education and a diverse range of opportunities in a safe, understanding and friendly environment specific to the needs of those affected by an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
