Priceholme provides homes for people who are ageing, of limited means, with a demonstrable housing need. We are situated in Ardingly, West Sussex and applicants would usually be expected to have a past or present connection with Sussex. All applicants must be able to live independently within their own flat as no care is provided.

The Charity consists of a portfolio of stock exchange investments and cash which produces an income. This income is used to make donations to other registered charities to be used for general charitable purposes, with an emphasis on supporting charities active in certain medical areas as specified in the governing document (namely cancer, heart trouble, neurological diseases, and arthritis).

Ball Out Community is a charitable community sports organisation who focus on using sport as a tool to develop positive social, academic, physical and vocational change in young people, particularly from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Founded in 2009, Embracing Arts provides interactive, multi-sensory musical theatre experiences for children with special educational needs and life limiting illness. The charity works with SEND schools and hospice services to improve the wellbeing of children who have limited access to the arts and cultural provision. We provide interactive Christmas shows, Inclusive parties and School Workshops.

To alleviate hardship for individuals connected to the game of association football

We carry out work in the community, serving those who need us, providing comfort and assisting them in a changing and challenging environment. We work in parishes and hospitals visiting the sick and housebound, counselling the bereaved in person and by phone. We encourage singers and musicians of all ages to deepen their faith by worshipping together.

BuDS Disability Service is a user-led disability charity operating in Buckinghamshire, the Thames Valley and across England. We are a successful, dynamic and influential charity, focused on supporting disabled people by fixing the biggest issues facing them and providing the support unobtainable elsewhere. We aim to build a world which is Fair4All, including disabled people.

The donations of the charity continue to be directed towards some national and otherwise to local charities in this area, ie Brighton and in the Borough of Kingston Upon Thames.

The Museum has been run by volunteers since 1972 and owns its 11-acre site. There is an admission charge and 22,000 visitors pa view 60 aircraft plus over 45,000 aviation artefacts. We place bull-breed dogs with fully checked and approved volunteer foster families to be rehabilitated,where they can assess the dogs character, to enable us to place the dogs with permanent newfamilies.We vaccinate, flea and worm, microchip and neuter/spay these dogs before re-homing them or ifnecessary a neutering contract is put in place for female dogs under a certain age.
