The charity is a Christian Church which holds services of worship on Sundays and teaches Christianity through other meetings during the week. Held regular public worship services open to all and no fees are charged. Carried out pastoral work includes visiting the sick and bereaved, and provided support through gift aid to occasionally benefit people in the congregation or locality.

As a religious organization we provide a variety of services to the orthodox faith followers. Among the services preaching gospel and liturgy are carried out on a weekly basis respectively where as christening and marriage would take place when there is a demand from service users. Charity strives to continue to advance the education of the public into urology treatments, research and bladder and urological conditions. In 2017 16 participants took on a 4 day cycling challenge to cycle the Amalfi coast and cycle up Mount Vesuvius. This enabled funds to be raised for The Parnell Fund and also promoted the charity and raised awareness. In 2018 a similar challenge took place

The relief of poverty of the people who are homeless and rough sleepers in London and surrounding areas by the provision of food, clothes and other items and services. We also aim to provide vocational training and upskilling and skills acquisition programs. We give help and hope where it is needed, We know that if one has a heart to help, there is someone to be helped.
