Black Mountain Jazz operates from Abergavenny and advances the arts for the public benefit by promoting jazz music in all its forms. This includes regular 'live' performances, featuring some of the best musicians in the UK and from abroad. It also produces virtual material that can be widely enjoyed. Additionally, it organises workshops to meet diverse interests, including a youth big band.

Relief of suffering and distress amongst persons endangered by accidents or natural hazards in South and Mid-Wales, but without geographical limitations. It is our aim that Llangathen Village Hall is an affordable resource for all neighbourhood individuals and groups. The Trustees of this Foundation provide benefits to promote the education, incuding social and physical training, of deaf and partially deaf persons under the age of 25 who reside, or who have a parent residing in Wales.

The purpose of the charity is twofold. It is designed to preserve and repurpose a Grade 2 listed building to accommodate a community space and to be a centre for the Arts and Tourism. We provide a building, and playing facilities, education and training arts and culture, and environment conservation and heritage projects for all young people including, disabled and ethnic minorities, with qualified staff, all of which takes place in a safe environment with health and safety at all times, and all checks made on all staff, and volunteers, which are required by law.

Megan Mai foundation helps children and families who are dealing with terminal illness. This covers air purifiers to help prevent infection during and after treatment and providing support to families to help deal with their situation
