The Friendly Trust is a registered charity which helps vulnerable adults to manage their money.We provide individuals with accessible information and personalised, practical help to help them increase their financial independence and security and improve the quality of their lives.

The Bureau is for the benefit of the community in the county of Ceredigion and aims to ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities or of the services available to them or through an inability to express their needs effectively. The service is free, confidential, independent and impartial and offered to anyone in need of advice.

To support and assist the Dean & Chapter of St Davids Cathedral in the maintenance of St Davids Cathedral.

The advancement of the Christian Religion in accordance with the beliefs and practices of Baptists and the interpretation of such beliefs and practices and in particular the training of students for ministry amongst the Baptist churches. The charity is a grant making trust and which applies its income in accordance with the trust deed dated 20 March 1978 for such charitable purposes within the objects of the coal industry social welfare organisation (Charity No 1015581) in any county, any part of which is for the time being comprised of the South Wales Coalfield.

Religious Activities

The Methodist Church in Wales - Wales Synod acts as the umbrella body and a resource provider for all of the primarily English-speaking Methodist Church bodies in Wales.

To provide a high quality mobility and driving assessment service, conveniently accessible to all communities and equipped to meet the present and future needs of elderly and disabled people living in all Wales by enabling them to resume or remain independently mobile

FLVC is the umbrella and support organisation for voluntary and community organisations in Flintshire, providing, advice, information and help with funding, governance, volunteering and promoting voluntary action in the county.

Wales YFC seeks to meet the needs of rural young people through a variety of educational, training and social programmes that encourage community involvement and concern for our environment. Over 5,000 young people have been involved in the organisation during the past twelve months, all of whom are aged between 10 and 26 years of age.

The advancement of education through the distribution of the net income of the Trust to Howell's School, Llandaff in South Wales for the maintenance of the girls' school, and the provision of more general educational support for young people throughout North Wales via Thomas Howell's Education Fund for North Wales.

The Trust undertakes projects and other, related activities, in accord with its objectives, to regenerate the physical and other heritage of Plas Llanelly House

Ambulance services in Wales receive numerous voluntary donations and gifts mainly from local communities within the principality. These are principally used to purchase amenities for the benefit of ambulance staff, together with providing additional training resources to further enhance the quality and standards of care provided by ambulance services in Wales.
