Family of Hope seeks to provide an education and hope for the future for children with SEN and those in extreme poverty who have been unable to attend school. We hope to demonstrate to the community that the children are worth our time, love and energy. At present the school has 5 classes with approximately 70 children altogether. We have now built our own school and accommodation.

The formation and oversight of a women's cooperative, encouraging self-sufficiency through teaching sustainable farming and food production.Promoting education by supporting a local school purchased by the charity.Promoting health and hygiene through provision of clean water, medication and doctor, and medical outreach for the community including feeding programme for the elderly.

The African Bird Club gives grants to individuals and groups in African countries to support a wide range of small to medium-sized projects there that benefit the conservation of African birds or their habitats. Our website is the primary online source for all things to do with African birds. We also publish a twice-yearly, peer-reviewed bulletin, and we are developing a series of birding apps.

United Social Ventures supports innovative social entrepreneurs in East Africa to design and validate their impact and business models and then fundraise to launch and scale their ventures.

Picturing Health uses film and art in Public Health worldwide. We make films to train health workers, inform patients, promote community discussion and disseminate research findings. We evaluate the effectiveness of our work and build capacity of film makers and clinicians to make health films. Our partners include WHO, Medical Research Council, hospitals and international research institutes.

Keframa School Build raises money primarily in the UK to build and develop Keframa High School in Nothern Uganda

Our Charities activities are raising funds mainly in the UK for promoting education and good health and alleviating poverty for the public benefit of local communities in and around Ntungamo, Kasese and Rubirizi Districts in Western Uganda.

Singing Gorilla Projects funds and manages community based projects in remote parts of Uganda, they build and manage Health facilities, schools and sponsor children to enable them to continue their education. Soroptimist International Foundation is a global organisation collecting appeal donations from 5 member Federations and the public. The Foundation makes grants to providers that educate, empower and enable women and girls. Projects and programmes are funded in countries where need has been identified to improve the lives of women and girls.
