We support low-income communities by planting super fruit trees for food security, economic empowerment, and environmental conservation. We learn from and work with the communities that we serve.

Funding two deaf Sign Language Instructors and two Sign Language Communication Support Worker to work in Government Primary Schools in Jinja District, facilitating deaf children's access to the curriculum and providing a deaf role model for them. Also providing bursaries for a small number of children from deprived backgrounds and teaching sign language and raising deaf awareness in the community.

Poliphonia is an UK based charity with the purpose of promoting the classical music of the Americas. We promote concerts in the UK with repertoire from composers from the Americas, sponsor young players interested in learning this repertoire, restore music still in manuscript form to facilitate performance and produce recordings and film of performances and educational content.

The Kijura Education Project is a charity which seeks to advance the education of vulnerable children of Kijura and Masindi (Uganda) through the provision of grants to cover the costs of school fees, educational supplies and other expenses that are associated with education

The charity has provided funding and management resources to the emergency intervention and related activities carried out in northern Uganda know as the "Stamp Out Sleeping sickness" (SOS) campaign. The charity has also participated in overall health services delivery through the MyChild Card system as well as interventions in cleaning water sources etc.

The AfTA exists to advance research and education in the study and practice of African theatre and performance by 1). providing a regular forum for scholars and practitioners to exchange ideas, knowledge and information; 2). publishing and disseminating research and information on African theatre and performance 3). providing information on African theatre and performance to the wider public.

We engage in training and mentoring of palliative care personnel (doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, etc) working in hospital and home-care based pc services in countries defined as 'resource-limited' - mainly in Africa and Asia. Our activities are normally funded by larger charitable organisations, such as Tearfund, Afrox, Rotary International.

A charity that helps fulfil wishes of children and young adults with critical and life limiting illnesses. We do this by accepting wish referrals on our website. We also aim to relieve the burden of those who live abroad without access to basic necessities such as water and food. We will do this by building water wells and supplying agricultural packages.

The charity aims to use digital innovation to strengthen our faith and serve communities around the globe. We work on a wide range of projects such as in the form of engaging initiatives using social media and providing services for the benefit of the Muslim community.

Situated almost on the Equator, Iganga is a lively market town in central Uganda. Following an initial local authority link, the 'Friends' was set up in 2001. Activities of the Friends centre on public health and education. Projects centre on environmental health and medical services, supporting an orphanage and community groups, and working with schools in Iganga and UK.
