We support poor in other countries and in particular Pakistan with medical care, medicines, clothes, food, shelter and clean water projects. Other projects that are identified whilst delivering the above are discussed to see if they are deemed achievable by our charity and volunteers.

Varied activities from 14 clubs in the area of District 21. Clubs send donations for charities chosen by the District Chairman of the year.

CBA West Midlands is one of the regional groups of the Council for British Archaeology (CBA). It publishes West Midlands Archaeology annually, reporting on archaeological work in the region, organises Day Schools, including the yearly News from the Past, makes small grants for publication, research and training, responds to planning consultations and liaises with other amenity bodies.

Making grants to charitable organisations in the West Midlands

To promote the welfare of ill-treated, abandoned and homeless animals in the area delineated by the domicile of the trustees.

Our purpose is to educate about the Great War 1914-1918, and to remember those of all sides who fought in the conflict. Branch meetings are held every month in Wolverhampton which are open to all members of the public. Details of location, date and speaker can be found on the branch web site.

Our activities relate to the conservation and preservation of the Bradley Canal. Through fund-raising, volunteering, awareness-raising and community engagement, we intend to reinstate a stretch of waterway to benefit health, wellbeing, wildlife, environment and general usage of the canal and environment.

Supported Social and Recreational activities.

Trinity Fellowship Trust is based in Handsworth, Birmingham. The Trust continues to support Living Waters Community Church (LWCC) in their outreach charity work in India (orphanage) & Uganda (primary schools). Recent Community based activities include a twice-weekly programme aimed at supporting black and minority ethnic elderly people and more recent work targeting high-risk vulnerable women.

The homeless Angel's is a charity . For vulnerable people. We provide a food bank . Referrals to hostels and support with furnishings. Within the walsall area . Advise and councilling. The homeless angels now as a community Hub opened on the 29th October 2024 , offering services events , advise , and a digital service,

Our head office is Denman College in Oxfordshire. They run courses all the year for W.I. members. We allow, each year, ·200 in our budget for bursaries. These have enabled members over the years to participate and exchange ideas.

Improvement of road safety through improved driver skills.This is achieved by the provision of advice to raise an associate member's standard of driving to IAM test standard.

Birmingham Community Solutions supports deprived communities in Nechells with housing issues, welfare benefits/entitlements, debt and financial matters, as well asunemployment. The relief of poverty, sickness and distress and promotion of good health among those in need in the United Kingdom and Azad Kashmir. In the UK we want to provide food and pay for shelter to homeless persons and in Azad Kashmir we provide help such as free medical camps and water supply to remote areas. Food and meat delivery to the destitute.

We run a Scout group which include Beavers & Cubs . Beavers runs for 1 hour and Cubs for 1 1/2 hours. Our aim is to provide a balanced programme to help young people achieve their Physical, Intelectual & social beliefs.

PTA FOR DODDERHILL SCHOOL RAISING FUNDS

To make small grants to disadvantaged individuals resident in the Borough of Walsall in particular for school uniforms and small household items, the charity cannot use any part of its income to make cash payments directly to individuals in relief of taxes, public funds etc.

We endeavour to develop the knowledge, understanding and practise of theatre within the Midlands, together with the provision of information, training and advocacy. Our objects and pricipal activity is to promote amateur theatre within the Midlands, particularly involving young people.

The charities activities are based around fundraising events to support the children with physical and associated sensory difficulties at Penn Hall School. All monies raised go directly to the provision of equipment, activities and opportunities for the children aged 3 - 19 who attend Penn Hall School.
