TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN WALSALL AND WOLVERHAMPTON IN PERFORMING ARTS BY PROVIDING VARIOUS CLASSES IN ASPECTS OF THE PERFORMING ARTS, TO ALL AGES AND ABILITIES. AT OUR OWN BUILDING AND THROUGH SCHOOLS AND PLAYSCHEMES, IN THE LOCAL AREA.

To promote the welfare of ill-treated, abandoned and homeless animals in the area delineated by the domicile of the trustees.

To make small grants to disadvantaged individuals resident in the Borough of Walsall in particular for school uniforms and small household items, the charity cannot use any part of its income to make cash payments directly to individuals in relief of taxes, public funds etc.

Working with disadvantaged people and groups providing support through food provision, self-development opportunities, counselling, advocacy, basic and social skills training, signposting to other agencies, practical skills training and voluntary work experience. This is especially needed in this area of deprivation.

DONATIONS TO CHARITABLE BODIES AT THE DISCRETION OF TRUSTEES

The charities activities are based around fundraising events to support the children with physical and associated sensory difficulties at Penn Hall School. All monies raised go directly to the provision of equipment, activities and opportunities for the children aged 3 - 19 who attend Penn Hall School.

Offer help and support to stroke survivors, their carers and family. Activities include weekly exercise session and mutual support. Aim to enable survivors to lead as normal life as possible by organising regular outings. Meals, gliding, sports day are a few of the activities we offer. We also provide information to improve the treatment of strokes and the subsequent rehabilitation.

Out of the net income of the charity -£52 per annum is to be paid to the Clerk of the Parish of Aldridge and the residue of the net income applied at the discretion of the trustees for the maintenance and repair of the fabric of the parish church of Aldridge, Walsall, West Midlands

Providing tradition britsh entertainment to the public

Promote the activities of children and young people. Promote advancement of amateur sporting activities for children and young people. Ensure the promotion of safeguarding procedures. To provide day activities during school holidays to reduce anti social behavior in the area.

DONATE TO INDIVIDUAL YOUNG PEOPLE AND/OR CLUBS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE BIRMINGHAM AREA ONLY

W'EYES is a campaigning group for blind and visually impaired people of Walsall. At meetings we provide accessible information, education plus leisure and social activities for those visually impaired people who find it difficult to cope with their disability. We have an invited speaker at our monthly meetings and all who would like to come are welcome at our meetings.

We endeavour to develop the knowledge, understanding and practise of theatre within the Midlands, together with the provision of information, training and advocacy. Our objects and pricipal activity is to promote amateur theatre within the Midlands, particularly involving young people.

To draw to people's attention the history that is all around them. To support and encourage research into and conservation of the history of Smethwick.

Improvement of road safety through improved driver skills.This is achieved by the provision of advice to raise an associate member's standard of driving to IAM test standard.

Voluntary work in education, social services and charitable activities amongst those persons in need thereof in Kinver Parish and surrounding areas.

Community First Responders provide immediate assistance to patients in rural areas where it takes time for an ambulance to reach.

Make Donations to Hospitals etc. for the purchase of Cardiac related equipment

Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents others associated with the schoolEngaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

Riding group for disabled children.

THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CHARITY WILL BE ACHIEVED BY RAISING FUNDS, TO BE INVESTED IN VARIOUS PROJECTS INCLUDING: A) THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS, B) BUILDING HEALTHCARE AND EDUCATION RELATED FACILITIES, C) THE PROVISION OF LIFE-SAVING EQUIPMENT AND MEDICATION.

The Trust's purpose is to facilitate the placement of young adult volunteers from Lichfield diocese into one of our companion link (overseas) dioceses, and vice versa. The placements will be in churches or church-associated projects and typically for 6 to 12 months. Execution of the programme is managed by the Diocesan St Chad's Volunteer Programme Director.

To promote the better health and wellbeing of older people through encouraging inter-disciplinary training, research and excellence in practice and service provision.
