HALTON SPEAK OUT was founded in 2001. We converted to a CIO in November 2016. We continue to support individuals with learning disabilities and other vulnerable people by offering a wide range of services including self advocacy, person centred planning, employment opportunities, training, peer advocacy, dramatic and visual arts education and participation.

Cheshire Scouts gives young people skills for life. Our purpose is to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.

The Gateway is home to and provides a central focus for a number of local voluntary, community and statutory organisations and services to come and work together to help people in the local community. The Gateway is the ideal venue for hosting meetings, conferences, training events, photographic displays, art exhibitions and cultural events.

PRINCIPLESDar al Zahra (Liverpool) is community charitable organisation that is run by women and serves women in Liverpool, UK and beyond. Our main target audience is young women between the ages of 14-18 years old.

We support & help those affected by conflict so they are able to use their experience in a positive way to help prevent violence in their communities & beyond.We are the only UK organisation which supports victims & survivors of political violence, conflict and acts of terror through the provision of learning, exploring the causes & effects of conflict & its resolution through non-violent means.

The church aims to show the wider public the importance of the spiritual aspect of life by contributing positively to the communityThe focus will be the less privilege, drug addicts, unemployed, young adults and children. This will be achieved by encouraging a culture of faith and prayer and working with other charities to provide support to these special members of the community.

We collect unwanted items such as wheelchairs and bikes and take them to prison workshops where they are restored.We then hand the restored items to partner charities for distribution to people in need who can not afford such articles.We then report to the prison workshops as to where the articles went and who benefitted.

A C of E Church which carries out parochial duties in the parish of Penketh. We run a community centre serving refreshments and hiring out rooms for various community activities. We run a smaller building which also serves refreshments which caters mainly for pensioners, we also hire out the hall for smaller community activities.

Various tasks and facilities pertaining to the collection, verification, management, storage and dissemination of biological/biodiversity data within the Cheshire region, including training in the identification of species, information on recording via a website which also delivers data and species mapping to the public and the education sector and beyond.

The MGET has been set up to monitor and manage the environmental disciplines associated with the Mersey Gateway Project. The Trust vision is to promote for the benefit of the public the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment of the Upper Mersey Estuary and related areas. The church is there for the local community to provide Sunday worship, and baptisms, weddings and funerals. We extend fellowship and support to all members of the community and welcome all to church events. We also reach out to the whole community through our Parish Hall, Parish Magazine and Street Representatives.
