The Charity is based in warwickshire and is the Parent and Teachers Association of Newburgh Primary School. We run events such as Easter, Christmas and Summer fairs, recycle days, film nights, discos etc, to raise funds. The charity is for the benifit of the members of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers ( Royal Warwickshire) Regimental Association. The Charity supports annual reunions, association events, association meetings and makes grants to branches of the regimental association in Warwickshire and the West Midlands to support branch activities. It makes grants to the Fusilier Museum Warwick.

We offer women writers (aged over forty) occupancy of Church Cottage for between two weeks and two months, to pursue personal work on any subject, intended for publication or performance. Appointments are made on merit. The Cottage is in Clifford Chambers, a village two miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. It is equipped comfortable and private. We pay bills and occasionally offer a bursary.
