The charity was registered in April 2015 as a CIO and took over the assets and activities of the registered charity 1030771 during the financial year beginning 1st January 2017. The charity holds regular events in North East Coventry, runs projects to help children, youth and families and continues to advance the Christian Faith, education based on Christian principles and to help those in need.

As a local civic society we organise educational activities to encourage awareness of local heritage. We hold seminars to share best practice with similar towns and we make recommendations to the local councils on the physical and economic development of the town. We publish educational books on the local environment and we support local schools in their citizenship curriculum.

Teaching and preaching seminars online and homes. Development of 'church in the house' meetings by visiting individuals and groups in UK and overseas as invited to provide teaching, motivation and consultation. Holidays and/or finance provided for persons in special stress or need.

To provide comforts and amenities for patients or staff in hospitals and medical charities, assist medical research, education and science, and support charitable organisations concerned with the sick or disadvantaged.

To promote the education and recreation of persons within the Borough of Nuneaton and Bedworth and surrounding areas by providing a narrowboat.

To advance the education of the pupils in the school in particular by;developing effective relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school and engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils, and to have some fun along the way!

The provision and maintenance of the village hall is for the use of the inhabitant of Brandon, Wolston and surrounding area without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for:(a)meetings, lecture and classes and(b) other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.

Various fundraising events held within the school grounds including a Christmas and Summer Fair, quizzes for parents, discos for children, raffles, cake sales, and Bags2School.

Friends of Kineton Primary School raises money to support the learning and development of children at the school

Annual community events,cofffee mornings etc. Production of the quarterly New Bilton News newsletter delivered free to New Bilton residents by volunteers(approx 30). We now hire premises to facilitate our activitiesus of a joclub and IT . There is a well used community website at www.nbca.org.uk. An award winning community garden used by 8 volunteers is funded by the NBCA as an ongoing project.

Scouting Activities

The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Bubbenhall and local communities.

This charity exists to provide regular Christian teaching to all age groups through a Sunday church service. The charity also encourages non-Christians to appreciate the benefits of Christian teachings and morals through evangelistic meetings. The charity has a historic link to missionaries in Uganda and provides support for locals to attend bible school.
