The charity engages in a variety of fund raising activities and this allows us to fund all or part of the cost of additional activities and items for the benefit of the students at Rugby High School.

The purpose of the foundation is to further the education of pupils attending Kingsbury School by providing facilities not normally provided by the LEA. Financial assistance may be provided for School trips, outings, theatre visits, musical instruments and lessons, books, school uniform and any other items which will further enhance and improve their education.

Assistance in education for third world countries. Funding for cancer research in the UK and other health based charities. Educational scholarship.

IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WE ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE INTEGRATION AND COHESION AMONG PEOPLE FROM ETHNIC BACKGROUNDS PARTICULARLY THOSE THAT HAVE RECENTLY MIGRATED FROM ZIMBABWE, NIGERIA, INDIA & PAKISTAN etc. IN AFRICA & ASIA WE AIM TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND SUFFERING AMONG VULNERABLE PEOPLE. WE ALSO WORK TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF AFRICAN MUSIC & ARTS IN THE UK THROUGH STAGE PERFOMANCES.

While support is donated to many local charities, such as the food bank, the ladies of the Inner Wheel Club actively enjoy sending shoe boxes abroad. Funds are also raised for overseas charities such as, schools, hospitals, water aid, etc.

TO PROVIDE SHOPMOBILITY SERVICES TO DISABLED PEOPLE ENABLING THEM TO LEAD FULL AND INDEPENDENT LIVES WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.WE PROVIDE AND DELIVER THESE SERVICES TO PEOPLE WHO RESIDE IN NUNEATON AND BEDWORTH AND TO DISABLED VISITORS TO THE AREA.

ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION BY BIBLE STUDY

Hold monthly meetings addressed by speakers on wide variety of historical subjects. Publish annual journal 'Cake and Cock Horse' containing articles of local historical interest. Publish occasional research volumes on local historical subjects. Arrange summer outings to places of local historical interest.

Promotes the study of astronomy, by providing public observing sessions, lectures, advice, a journal, telescope making facilities, a library, demonstrations, lecturers, a meeting place and outings to places of astronomical interest. A modest annual membership fee is charged, the aim being to cover expenses and provide a concessionary rate for unemployed, students, and Senior Citizens.

The charity rehearses and prepares programs of music for performance to the public free of charge. At these performances, audience members are invited to donate to a specified charity. The charity operates in and around Coventry, UK.

Warwickshire Hearts provides trained, community based volunteer response to 999 emergency calls in South Warwickshire. It does this in partnership with West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (WMAS) and is mobilised by the WMAS Emergency Operations Centre. It also provides free CPR and Automatic External Defibrillation training to communities in South Warwickshire and areas nearby.

The Charity supports those newly diagnosed with Dementia and the immediate Family Carer/s in the Area of South Warwickshire.We support those referred to us, and also fund Community awareness events along with 'starting up' local Carer Groups in the area offering both friendship and advice. We continue to lobby for improvements in Dementia Awareness and Care in the Area.

The charity operates a counselling centre offering help, advice and support in family and personal issues, including pregnancy crisis, post-abortion syndrome, marriage support, divorce/separation recovery, general low-level stress and anxiety and provision of sexual health and relationship guidance.

Throughout the Coventry Diocese the Guild encourages the recruitment and training of members in the art of change ringing; promotes the proper use of belfries and bells and fosters ringing for services. This is achieved by holding regular meetings of ringers in each of the Guild's districts and as a whole Guild, supporting each others' towers and updating members via newletters and a website.

Educational and social activities for young people aged 10 to 28 in rural areas around Pailton and the surrounding villages on the outskirts of Rugby, including an annual outward bound weekend for junior (Under 18) members in Wales.

Provides Benevolent grant cheques to ex serving members of the regiment and/or their surviving dependent relatives. To help reduce financial hardship.

Rescue, care, rehabilitation and re-homing of lost, abandoned, neglected, and ill-treated ferrets in need. Provision of education and advice on ferret care & husbandry.
