The objects of the society shall be the promotion of interest in all aspects of archaeology, history and related subjects, and research into the archaeological and historical heritage of Maidenhead and the surrounding area.

Scouting exists to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.We operate in the Kintbury (Berkshire) area & run weekly meetings, camps & a variety of other activities to give young people aged from 6 to 14 the opportunity enjoy fun & adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed in life.

We hold a variety of events within the Village Hall for benefit of residents within the villages of Tidmarsh & Sulham

Programme of lectures; day school on Berkshire archaeology; tour and visits to sites of archaeological and historical interest; archaeological fieldwork; programme of work to reinterpret Berkshire's archaeology; publishing the Berkshire Archaeological Journal; managing an archaeological library; promoting the Society's interests via a newsletter, a web site and posters placed in public buildings

A concert and training band comprising approx. 22 players, aged 12 - 80. We play for about 5 functions each year, some paid and some for charities. We play evening / supper concerts; garden parties and summer fetes; church events and for our nominated charity, St Michael's Hospice;

transport for the elderly, sick and needy

We offer free legal advice from UK qualified practitioners for underprivileged/financially needy people. Work-ferences, Youth talent show, Free hot meals for street people. Nutritious pre-pack food for underprivileged school children. Enhancing Life Synergy, this includes sessions, talks and workshops that inspire people to be global citizens and volunteer their services to serve others.

We run fundraising events for Highwood Copse Primary School through fetes, bake sales and other fun activities for the children. Plus providing social opportunities for the teachers pupils and parents to build a strong and friendly community that will support the school and the children who attend it.

Rushmoor Concert Band aims to promote the art and science of music for the benefit of the public. In particular, but not exclusively, through the establishment and maintenance of a Concert Band; the provision of public concerts and recitals, and by the provision of training to Band members.The band is open to musicians of any ability and is available to play at events in and around Rushmoor.

Provides and manages an area for recreation for the inhabitants of the village of Inkpen

To support Ashford Hill School and fund agreed expenditure for the benefit of the school and its pupils.

This is a small chamber choir. It gives concerts in West Berkshire in support of local charities and other causes or churches. Its repertoire is both sacred and secular. The choir also is from time to time a visiting choir to cathedrals around the country. It also provides a choir to local parish churches for particular events like a harvest festival or a carol service or weddings

The charity promotes the development of psychic and spiritual healing that further the harmonious development of Man and provides psychic and spiritual development programmes and healing services for the benefit of members and the public. In providing this mandate the JCPF bars no person for reasons of colour, ethnicity or creed.

We offer children and young people an opportunity to take part in a youth marching band. We teach all the basics that are needed to take part. Our main aim is to build the confidence of children and young people.
