The Freehold to the redundant church of St Peter at Ufton Nervet was obtained in November 2012 and the property transferred to the Charity Commission Official Custodian. Since November 2012 work has been carried out on the building to create a Cultural Community Centre..

Our objective is to advance the education of pupils at Lambourn Primary School in West Berkshire, by developing relationships between staff, parents and others associated to the school. We advance education through the provision of essential school supplies and provide extra curricular activities and events. We raise funds by organising a number of events throughout the academic year.

The charity managed the Brimpton Recreation Ground which was donated in 1965 "for the benefit of the inhabitants of Brimpton". The charity, with support from the Charity Commission and the inhabitants of Brimpton, sold this ground in November 2020 as it was no longer a suitable location. The trustees have secured a better location next to the village hall and more accessible to the village.
