The Renegades exists to actively engage and support children aged 10-18 in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society. We are a community health project offering an affordable ear acupuncture service for people living in Brighton & Hove and surrounding area who have or are affected by substance dependency, mental health issues and hepatitis/HIV infection. Central to our service delivery is our 'Volunteer programme', offering work experience and training for up to 18 individuals every year.

The charity was set up originally for the benefit of the residents of East Worthing. This is still the case, and the Association actively manages the running of the East Worthing Community Centre.

Promoting public interest in and knowledge of the works of W S Gilbert & Arthur Sullivan and in the dramatic and operatic arts.

We give grants, not exceeding 5000, to local and national charitable organisations supporting young people to help them get a proper start in life, for example by facilitating technical training. Relief of animals suffering from injury sickness ill treatment maltreatment or neglect including accomodation for unwanted and homeless animals. Education to prevent suffering and clinics for reception treatment and if necessary painless destruction of animals beyond all help.

The church is open for public worship every Sunday morning. There is a weekly morning prayer meeting which is open to all ladies, a children's group operates every Tuesday morning and a monthly community lunch which is open to all senior citizens. There are no charges made for any of these activities. The church hall is available outside these times by pre-arrangement for use by the community.

TRAINING YOUNG PEOPLE WITHIN THE GENERAL ETHOS OF SCOUTING

To advance public education about the history, geography and all other studies relating to Crawley and district particularly by the maintenance of museums in the district of Crawley or any other property the Society may acquire.

Raise funds for the benefit of Crowborough Hospital, its patients and staff; maintain a hospital shop, operate a Social Day Service at the Hospital Day Centre, and provide transport through 2 wheelchair accessible vehicles utilising volunteer drivers.

Yapton and Ford Village Hall Trustees are responsible for the running, upkeep and maintenance of Yapton and Ford Village Hall, situated in the heart of Yapton village. There are two halls for hire within the building, and also a club room, bar and kitchens. The hall is used by a wide range of community groups covering all age ranges.
