Midhurst Community Land Trust is a not-for-profit organisation who's overarching aim is to make available a long-term stock of genuinely affordable housing to rent in the Midhurst area for local people and key workers who are important to the fabric of the town. It seeks to either own land or at least have very long leases and control such things as the rent and design of houses or flats.

The Sussex Guild continue to run the dedicated events room at The Sussex Guild Shop, Southover Grange, Lewes. Events undertaken include courses, instructional workshops and demonstration of crafts. Instructional demonstrations are also run at selected craft shows and at an annual event at the Shop.

Crawley u3a is a self-funded learning co-operative of older people which enables members to share many educational, creative and leisure activities. Members learn from each other in various interest groups through sharing their knowledge, skills and experience.

The charity assists children from Surrey and the surrounding areas that have diabiliites by providing funds to help their development.

The charity provides public benefit by making donations to charitable institutions or charitable organisations selected by the trustees mainly in Sussex, Gloucestershire, Buckinghamshire and the northern area of the Lake District.

To enable persons in Brighton, Hove and District and the surrounding area as well as elsewhere who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those who may be at risk of suicide, to receive confidential emotional support at any time of the day or night in order to improve their emotional health and to reduce the incidence of suicide

Raising money to purchase equipment for the children at the school

The Trust supports Christian ministry in the UK and Africa and mainly the work of New Growth Ministries (Zimbabwe). The work particularly supports orphans through the work led for many years by Mr Rob Mackenzie MBE. and Mrs. Hilary Mackenzie MBE.

Through a varied programme of activities, Emsworth Baptist Church Trust seek to fund the construction of a new building and the restoration and maintenance of the existing church building. It is intended that these buildings should be a significant space for Christian worship and for service to the whole local and visiting community.

Our activities include regular Sunday worship, fellowship, Bible studies, prayer meetings, young adults fellowship, outreach, Evangelism, Spiritual counselling for family problems & gambling/alcohol/drug habits. We aim to encourage new members of the congregation & to serve the local community. In Sep 17 we became an associate member of the CACU (UK) for increased support & diversity of speakers.

The charity's objective, through a christian initiative, is the prevention and relief of poverty in Haywards Heath and surrounding districts, in particular but not exclusively by a/ providing local people in crisis and need with emergency food supplies, and b/ the provision of other help for the beneficaries including signposting and other advisory services.

Crawley CAP Centre works in partnership with local churches and with the national charity, Christians Against Poverty (CAP). The Centre provides a high quality debt counselling service in association with the national CAP charity, helping clients to become debt free. We offer a CAP Money Course to develop budgeting skills, and we may develop further CAP services over time.

The Community Partnership maintains & operates The Yews, a Community Building (the 1st community assset transfer in West Sussex) which is open to the community & is already home to many community groups. Our charitable objects include advancing education & providing facilities in the interests of social welfare & community benefit.

The Rotary Club of Bognor Hotham Trust Fund raises funds by holding a variety of events, the largest of which is an 10K run held May each year. Other events include a Christmas float collection, as well other fund raising social events. The aim of the Club is to distribute all the funds raised to local & international charities and good causes, with an emphasis given to young people.
