The Charity runs a Church called AOG (Bangor) Pentecostal ChurchThe charity also runs 18 charity shops for the purpose of supporting Orphanages, widows, street children etc at various part of world. The charity also supports other charity's and also provides employment for the local people. Every week the church also feeds the homeless in the community.

To offer support to parents of families that are going through difficult times and have children under 5 years of age. Trained volunteers are assigned to visit families in the families' own home and provide support, friendship and practical help

We provide information, support and counselling to women over 18 who have experienced sexual violence at any time in their lives.

The object of the Hardshaw and Mann Area Meeting is the furtherance of the general religious and charitable purposes of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) in Britain in the area of Hardshaw and Mann Area Meeting and beyond.

Religious activitiesSankey Valley Methodist Circuit was formed on 1st September 2011 by the merger of Warrington Methodist Circuit (1134227), St Helens & Prescot Methodist Circuit (1134244), Makerfield Methodist Circuit (Excepted Charity) and Widnes Methodist Circuit (Excepted Charity).

The charity's purpose is to ensure the preservation, maintenance and improvement of the Parish Church of St Wilfrid, Standish, and the surrounding churchyard. For income it seeks donations from the congregation and wider public, and welcomes legacies and bequests. With this income it funds major items of upkeep and repair that the parish finds necessary for this Grade 1 listed building.

The principal objective of the charity is to relieve the needs of sufferers of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) by funding research into the methods of treatment and cure of the condition.
