The objects of the Charity are to manage Winterslow Village Hall and to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Winterslow, Lopcombe Corner and Firsdown the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life of the inhabitants.

SYFC predominately work in schools taking lessons, assemblies, mentoring, lunch clubs and after school clubs. We cover a variety of issues -self esteem/self worth, respect, relationships, etc. We run social action projects across the area and also a couple of monthly events where young people can explore the Christian faith.

The promotion of efficiency of the Armed Forces of the Crown by the provision and support of facilities and activities for the well-being of Service (Officers Mess) personnel.

Locally: Organisations and charities in the Oxford region, specifically healthcare, relief of suffering and hardship, help for the disadvantaged; nationally, medical research and higher education, medical health/sickness organisations; internationally, the relief of disasters.

To assist the spiritual, moral, educational and physical needs of deaf and hard of hearing people in the Diocese of Salisbury and the Deanery of Swindon

The principal activity of the charity will aim to raise funds from an annual golf day and related events, including sponsorship and donations. These funds will then be used to provide relief to children and young people, within the area of Dorset and surrounding counties, who are suffering from physical or learning disabilities, in line with the Charity's objective.

LOVER AND REDLYNCH PRE-SCHOOL PROVIDES CARE AND EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN FROM 2 YEARS OLD TO SCHOOL AGE. DURING TERM TIME WE PROVIDE 5 MORNING SESSIONS AND 4 AFTERNOON SESSIONS WITH AN OPTION FOR LUNCH CLUB. THE PRE-SCHOOL IS RUN BY A VOLUNTARY COMMITTEE AND EMPLOYS 6 MEMBERS OF STAFF.

The promotion of military efficiency by the provision and support of social, sporting and other facilities for the efficiency and well-being of Officers. This also extends to making grants to any activity which in the opinion of the Trustee is in furtherance of the Charity.

This is a grant making charity. Applications for grants are sought from individuals and charitable organisations within West Wiltshire particularly Trowbridge, North Wiltshire south of the M4, and Bath. Grants are made to charities and individuals within the target area covering the arts, eduaction, medecine and mental health, youth organisations and projects, social welfare and conservation.

To promote the education of the public concerning fine art, sculpture and in particular to educate children and young persons about the same. Also to promote the education of children and young persons by the provision of advice and guidance in relation to careers in the arts to enable them to reach their full potential and prepare them for working life.

CIRENCESTER DANCE CLUB OFFERS A VARIETY OF DANCE STYLES TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS LIVING IN THE LOCAL AREA. WE OFFER BURSARIES TO ENABLE EVERYONE TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO DANCE.

Provision of theatre-based drama, educational and participation-based activities. Studio Theatre aims to provide high-quality drama facilities to the local community and facilities to local drama groups and businesses.

Training/development for effective practical application of objectives. Courses for public benefit: Healing conferences and inner healing, available to all local churches and individuals; financial support to local charities, food bank, homeless, and international crises; and support to Schools and Care Homes. Christian counsel to children, familiesor individuals online or in person.

We provide accommodation for qualifying people within a radius of fifteen miles of The Hospital. We have six single occupancy almshouses and two family cottages, providing much needed homes for old and young alike, in an area with high rental and ownership costs. We don not provide medical attention or any other care.

We offer help, empowerment and support to individuals and families in Malmesbury who face poverty, are vulnerable or disadvantaged. We signpost them to statutory authorities and agencies to access charitable funds and resources. We provide advocacy support, mobilise volunteers and help from businesses and community groups to create events and activity programmes to access new opportunities.

To relieve the suffering of wildlife in the need of care and attention. In particular, to provide and maintain rescue homes or other facilities for the reception, care and treatment of such wildlife. To enable rehabilitation and release back into the wild and to educate the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among animals

Provision of Childcare for children aged 3 and 4 years old

Help for Homeless provides vital support to the homeless on the streets of towns or cities in the South West. With help from its network of volunteers help for HOMELESS goes onto the streets and distributes from a van essentials including; bedding, tents, clothing, sanitaryware and food.

Provide hall for local groups and individuals, and bookings for local inhabitants.

Scout Group

The WO's and Sgts Mess for 14 Regiment Royal Artillery and the Royal School of Artillery is a military mess used by Sgts to WO1s for functions including the Summer ball, Christmas party, dine outs, presentations and other events as decided in their mess meeting minutes.

Trowbridge Area Community Link Scheme is a team of Volunteers, who help the community by offering care and transport to people in need.
