The objects of the Wiltshire Beekeepers Association are to advance the education of the public and beekeepers in the craft of beekeeping and promote the importance of bees in the environment.

Development and Training of young people in according with the aims and rules of the Scout Association.

SCOUT GROUP

The Trustees are directed to hold the Trust Fund and income there from to pay and apply the same to such charitable institutions or for such charitable purposes in such shares as the Trustees may in their uncontrolled discretion think fit.

To promote and maintain a recreation ground and recreational facilities for the benefit of the inhabitants of Seend.

We reach out to families by organising parenting groups, parent & toddler groups and marriage preparation resources, family holidays, support for families at our local prisons and women's refuges and a commitment to uphold members around the world in our prayers. Since September 2010 we have employed, with the help of grants, a Community Development Co-ordinator to facilitate this work.

Village hall facilities

The provision of a community facility for use by the residents of the parishes of Tisbury, West Tisbury, surrounding villages and the general public of all ages and without discrimination for education, the arts, entertainment, sport and other leisure activities

The relief or prevention of poverty or financial hardship and the relief of sickness amongst the residents of the Bradford on Avon Community Area (as defined by Wiltshire Council) without distinction of age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, race or of religious, political or other opinions. This includes the provision of a Foodbank, affiliated to the Trussell Trust, debt and benefits advice

Grant giving in areas listed in all of categories listed in para A13. Tend towards smaller charities & core funding not buildings, individuals.

The provision and maintenance of almshouses (the 5 Chafyn-Grove Cottages on New Road Zeals) their out buildings and grounds, for persons in need, who are members of the Church of England or as the Trustees shall decide.

The main areas of activity this year saw the development of the Inner Vision Music Workshops for Visually Impaired people into 5 areas of London, and the National Tour of the Inner Vision Orchestra These activities have been celebrated in national and regional media including the BBC. The Orchestra and workshops were held under the direction of Baluji Shrivastav OBE, supported by Linda Shanson.

Pre school age children receive education and opportunities to learn social skills. The school which most will move on to has fore knowledge of their potential, character and educational needs. Local parents have time to gain income or indulge in release time or visit elderly relations.

The Charity's objects (the Objects) are the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in particular by the provision of facilities for playing of football

Management and Operation of Ashton Keynes Village Hall for the benefit of the community.

Provision of facilities for local organisations to hold meetings, events etc.

Distribution of emergency aid, including food parcels.Provide advice and assistance with completing benefit & housing claims, personal budgeting & letters to utilities & other creditors.Allocation & delivery of donated furniture & white goods etc. to qualifying clients.

The Village Hall provides a facility for the local community, which is used by clubs, child care groups, local theatrical group, senior citzens and many other organisations.

Shaftesbury Breast Cancer Awareness provides financial support to people living in the SP7 and SP8 postcodes. We also provide emotional support via groups with no limits on location

Bath Opera advances the education and appreciation of opera for public benefit. It presents an annual fully staged opera and a summer tour of smaller-scale performances, increasing access in Bath and surrounding areas. It also supports emerging singers through the Bath Opera Young Artists Development Scheme (BOYADS).

The WO's and Sgts Mess for 14 Regiment Royal Artillery and the Royal School of Artillery is a military mess used by Sgts to WO1s for functions including the Summer ball, Christmas party, dine outs, presentations and other events as decided in their mess meeting minutes.

Swindon Hindu Temple is a place for Hindu worship and community cohesion, and caters for the religious, social, spiritual, cultural and educational needs of the Hindu community in particular and other communities in general in and around the borough of Swindon, Wiltshire.
