Provision of Almshouse accommodation for the elderly, who are capable of living independently, in self-contained flats.

The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the parishes of Chute and Chute Forest without distinction of political, religious or other opinions including use for meetings, lectures, classes with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

A Valuable Community Asset providing a location for Private and Public meetings, social events, (for example: Blood Donor, council meetings and polling station. Classes NADFAS).

Cancer Support Salisbury provides support to people affected by cancer in Salisbury and the surrounding area.

We maintain the building, and rent out rooms to local individuals and groups so they can persue their activities for the benefit of the local community.

Provide accommodation, kitchen & facilities for local disabled charities to meet weekly or monthly for social activities and/or their business meetings.

Continued use by villagers and organisations, hiring of changing room facilities to sports clubs,hiring of facilities for private parties.

To advance public education in the art of music by giving public concerts and recitals as the trustees see fit.To further such purpose at the trustees discretion through the making of grants and donations

The advancement of the Christian religion in accordance with the Christian faith, primarily within Bradford on Avon, Westbury, Bath and Melksham by:a) Enhancing the Church principles that God may be exalted and worshipped within weddings, blessings and funerals;b) Providing a place of worship;c) Engaging in missionary work; andd) Promoting religious teachings, practicing the faith.

To advance the musical education of the public in the Barbershop/unaccompanied 4-part Harmony style (chorus or small groups) especially youth members . To provide singing education at weekly rehearsals and run public 'Learn to Sing' courses. To showcase the Charity's work in concerts and shows at public venues. To further any purpose recognised as Exclusively Charitable.
