Empire Fighting Chance (EFC) helps young people who are failing at school, in danger of drifting into a life of unemployment or even crime, and helps them turn their lives around. We run intensive mentoring and personal development programmes alongside a physcial activity. EFC perform remedial work on numeracy and literacy,preparation for employment courses,sports and mentoring qualifications

Provision of Ordinary Sheltered and Very Sheltered Almshouse accommodation for needy elderly people principally living within the Salisbury area and a small number of general needs accommodation for young families.Welfare grants are also made available for the relief of those in need, hardship or distress within the Salisbury area.

Alzheimer's Support exists to improve quality of life for people with all types of dementia and family carers. Services include: Dementia Advisers, Home Support, Day Clubs, carers groups, Alzheimer Cafes, Music for the Mind, Movement for the Mind, art groups, a range of outdoor activities, training courses for carers and local information and support offices.

THE PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY OF THE CHARITY IS THAT OF RUNNING AND ADMINISTRATION OF LEEHURST SWAN SCHOOL

The objects of the charity are to provide relief to the inhabitants of Devon and other areas within the United Kingdom who have special need because of a mental or physical disability, and to educate the public about the needs of those with mental or physical disabilities.

The charity provides financial support for the Palliative Care Service based at Salisbury Hospice, and for the relief of suffering in cancer and other terminal illness and the promotion of related research. The aim of the charity is to contribute to the funding of a full range of palliative care services from Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust.

Tree & woodland charity for Bristol, Avon & around. Runs woodland activities for adults with learning disabilities, people with mental health needs & people with dementia; works with schools to support outdoor learning; offers accredited Forest School training & Inset Days; advises on and supports woodland planting & management. The Trust also directly manages a community woodland.

The Newbury Community Resource Centre Limited helps local people by providing furniture, household goods, training and services to support independent living. We help people to develop work and social skills, and encourage environmentally beneficial activities by promoting re-cycling and re-use.

THE PROVISION OF BUILDINGS, FACILITIES AND GRANTS FOR THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE.

To preserve Wilton House, its contents, gardens and park for the public benefit in accordance with the Charitable Trust Deed creating Wilton House Trust, while continuing to maintain the house as a family home.To manage the Trust lands as an integral part of the Wilton Estate in accordance with the principles of good Estate management

The charity's activities include assisting schools within the diocese to develop and maintain the distinctive Christian nature of church schools. We support schools and governors in all aspects of their responsibilities and also work in close strategic partnership with local authorities to influence school organisation and raise standards and achievements. We are developing Christian outreach.

Avon Needs Trees is acquiring suitable land in the Bristol-Avon Catchment Area tocreate new, permanent forest through reforesting and rewilding. We aim to lock upcarbon, improve biodiversity, mitigate flooding through natural means and to createopportunities for the public to engage with nature. Our first purchase was 34 acres atHazeland near Calne, where we have planted over 10,000 trees.

A subsidiary of the Three Rivers Partnership, Dorset , the Trust was established to manage development construction of the RiversMeet Centre (opened in August 2010) and thereafter to manage the facilities to promote public benefit of community participation in healthy recreation and such other lawful charitable purposes for the public benefit.

This is delivered in Bristol.

Taunton Theatre Association advances education for the public benefit through the promotion and encouragement of the performing arts, the creative arts and the visual arts primarily in, but not limited to, Somerset. It operates the Brewhouse Theatre in Taunton and offers a wide programme of public performance, exhibitions and community engagement activities associated with performance and art.

Wiltshire Citizens Advice aims to provide free, confidential, impartial and independent advice and information for the benefit of the local community, to exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services and to ensure individuals do not suffer through a lack of knowledge or an inability to express their needs effectively.
