To provide a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of Dilton Marsh and the wider community without distinction of sex or political, religious or other opinions.

The Friends raises for the school to be spent in ways which enhance the education and experience of the children, such as providing sports equipment, assisting with school trips, or refurbishing the school grounds. We run events just for the children and other events which can also involve the local community. We are keen to ensure our events are fun as well as raising money for the school!

Dorset Search Dogs uses dogs to help the police and other statutory bodies search for missing people in the UK.

The entertainment of the public through organised choral concert performances focussing on widening the appreciation of choral music and on fund raising for other charities and good causes. Operates primarily, but not exclusively, in Somerset, North Somerset and the adjacent counties including South Wales.

Provide transport for our less able clients to take them to hospital appointments and doctors surgery. We also take them shopping, to stroke clubs, hairdressers and dentists. These trips are carried out with our team of volunteer drivers.We also have a caring arm of Downton Link mainly befriending our clients who have lost their love ones or are lonely

Provide funding for Abbey Meads school activities such as school educational trips, sports equipment and playground equipment etc.

The Charity's activities are made up of a Squirrel Drey, Beaver Colony, Cub Pack, Scout Troop and an Explorer Scout Unit.

Hiring of Village Hall fascilities

The Wilton Men's Shed in the centre of Wilton will provide a hub for activities for local people with a view to promote mental wellbeing.

We promote research, discussion, field studies, talks, publications, exhibitions, and other activities relating to the local history of the village and parish of Aldbourne and to further the education of the public of all ages in these respects. As part of this effort we manage the Aldbourne Heritage Centre.

Using rents from our own charity land and 1 bungalow, we donate to local people we hear of in need.

Relief of need, generally or individually, in the old parish of Maddington and those parishes which are adjacent to its boundary, namely Shrewton, Orcheston, Tilshead, Chitterne, Orcheston, Wylye, Berwick St James and Winterbourne Stoke

General fundraising

The Orlando Singers is a chamber choir specializing in the performance of western sacred music. The choir is based in Dorset. Most concerts are given within southern England, but the choir also performs on tour in Europe. In addition to concert activity, The Orlando Singers regularly substitutes for cathedral choirs throughout England and Wales, has broadcast on BBC Radio and has made three CDs.

To raise funds for use by Luckington Community Primary School to enhance the education of pupils

The principal objects of the charity is the promotion of any charitable purposes for the benefit of the community in the counties of Hants and Wiltshire and in particular the advancement of education and the relief of sickness.

To offer practical assistance by providing transport by car to anyone living in the area. Available to anyone living in Tisbury and surrounding villages as listed in the Constitution

The charity uses the facilities of Coleman's Farm Community Centre to enable them to provide a hot meal to those in need and a safe-place that acts as a well-being centre for those with mental health issues, ranging from bipolar and/or anxiety issues and to those experiencing loneliness.Heart of the Community is a non-judgemental, one-stop location to meet a variety of needs
