As well as their concert work, Meridian Winds is always delighted to play for local community based festivals and welcomes enquiries from organisers. Friends of Southbroom Infants is the Parent / Staff Association (PSA) for Southbroom Infants School. We plan, arrange and man fundraising events for the children and parents. All funds raised goes back into the school to pay for additional activities and resources.

The Friends of Crowdys Hill School hold regular fundraising events to enable them to make donations to the school to enhance the education of the pupils. Events have included Bingo, Quiz and Singing Evenings, a Summer Fete and Christmas Bazaar and non uniform days in school.

The Association was formed with the aim of furthering interest in the period 1914-1918, to perpetuate the memory, courage and comradeship of those of all sides who served their countries in France, Flanders, other theatres, and in their own countries during the Great War. It does not seek to justify or glorify war. It is not a re-enactment society nor is it commercially motivated.

Corsley Reading Room is the "Village Hall" providing building and facilities for entertainment, meetings and social functions.
