The charity holds classes each week on meditation as well as Dharma classes taken by Geshe Thinley who visits from Bristol. The charity facilitates the sponsoring of Monks at Drepung Monastery in India by individuals.

Land owned by the Charity is allocated as Allotments (ten in all) for use by residents of Sutton Mandeville and adjoining Parishes. Currently eight allotments are rented. The remaining land run by the trustees as a woodland conservation area and is accessible to the public.

The Friends of Crowdys Hill School hold regular fundraising events to enable them to make donations to the school to enhance the education of the pupils. Events have included Bingo, Quiz and Singing Evenings, a Summer Fete and Christmas Bazaar and non uniform days in school.

Monthly meetings to stimulate members interests; fund raising for nominated local charities.

The Charity supports the educational needs of children at Crockerton C of E Primary School. It does this through a number of different fund raising functions held throughout the academic year.

We help young people (age 13 to 25) by awarding small grants (max 500) to assist them gain/improve access to:* education, * employment or * to do good work for others. Trustees meet monthly to review applications and decide on awards.In the period to end March 2018 a total of 35 grants were made totalling UKP3,858

Open 1 day per week to older & disabled residents of Downton & surrounding villages. Providing transport, home cooked lunch, tea, coffee plus games, entertainment & outings, also advice & information, under supervision of trained organiser.

Provision of beneficial amenities for the parish of All Cannings and Allington

To support Farmor's School in its provision of teaching and learning

To identify composition students age 14 - 19 who would benefit from the support the Foundation is able to offer. To enable selected composition students to access educational activities which are not generally available to them such as tutorial mentorships. To provide public performances of selected students' compositions, promoting these to reach a wide public audience.
