Parent body for Rushall Primary. We run fundraiser events throughout the school year to raise money for extra and inter curricular activities for all our children.

The Lions Club of Salisbury and District is a volunteer organization that provides the following services in its area: grants to individuals in need, local charities, schools, local organisations. Organises community events, children outings, Christmas fairs, free prostate testing. Provides physical support such as event marshals , litter picking , Marie Curie support, and personal services.

Education of the public in the conservation, protection and improvement of the environment. Promotion of sustainable means of achieving economic growth and regeneration.

The Bedwyns' Link Scheme now covers the parishes of Great and Little Bedwyn, St Katherines, East and West Grafton, Wilton, Marten, Wexcombe.It is a good neighbour scheme which mainly enables our clients to reach local facilities like shops, post office, doctor's surgery and local hospitals. A small number of other activities such as home visits are also undertaken.

Personal financial help to those known to be experiencing hardship.

To promote the restoration upkeep and improvement of the fabric of Malmesbury Abbey its furniture ornaments and contents adding to them from time to time. Generally to assist Malmesbury Abbey in any way the Association shall from time to time decide for the enhancement of the Abbey and its contents for the improvement and beautification of the buildings or the services conducted therein or thereby

The object of the charity as set out in the Trust Deed is the relief of need, hardship or distress of persons resident in the parish of West Dean with East Grimstead

Grants usually between £50 and £500 and never in cash to any resident of the civil parishes of Tisbury and West Tisbury for help relieve need, hardship or distress. For example help with debts, heating, clothes, replacement of broken domestic equipment. Applications by phone, email, website or letter direct from applicant or referral form a welfare agency.

ALL CANNINGS PTA RAISES MONEY FOR THE SCHOL VIA VARIOUS FUNDRAISING EVENTS. THESE INCLUDE QUIZ AND BINGO NIGHTS, CHRISTMAS BAZAAR, SUMMER FETE ETC.

The choir travel to various concert venues, singing to raise money for charities such as Leukaemia & Cancer Research, Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance to name but a few. Travel and other costs are taken from funds that are raised by holding coffee mornings and raffles. The choir website is now up and running thus enabling the public to find out more about the choir.

Provide one-to-one coaching in literacy free of charge to any adult. Coaching takes place in a public space.

Provide buildings/facilities and open space for hire to all within Baydon and the surrounding area, but particularly for children and young people in the area.

Income comes from investment dividends and property rent. Money is used to support Crudwell CE Primary School enhancing teaching aids and supporting curriculum needs.

The Trust collects contributions from Clubs within the District and distributes these with any funds already held to the relevant organisations.

HOLDING MEETINGS AND ACTIVITIES OF INTEREST TO OUR MEMBERS, MAINTAINING A VILLAGE MUSEUM. HELPING MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WITH RESEARCH.

Provide a location & accommodation for local village events and provide social services as required.

Provision of fortnightly extracts from local newspapers and media to registered blind and partially sighted recipients of our recordings in the North Dorset and South Wiltshire areas, edited and produced by volunteers.

Running a Village Hall for the use of village inhabitants and associated groups.

TO RAISE MONEY IN SUPPORT OF MALMESBURY SCHOOL

Frome Branch of the Royal Naval Association provides social, financial and welfare support for all serving and ex serving RN, RM, QARNNS, WRNS and their reserves and includes all ranks and ratings.
