Women and Digital Inclusion (WODIN) established in 2020 as a CIC now a charity, we predominantly but not exclusively promote the welfare of Black migrant women in Merseyside. We work with migrant women and families, many first-generation immigrants, facing poverty, destitution, poor mental and physical health. We provide a space for them to be brave, vulnerable and learn digital skills.

The District oversees and supports the Scout Groups within its area. It organises Scouting activities, such as camps, training and competitions, for the members of its Scout Groups, usually for Beaver Scout, Cub Scout and Scout Sections separately but sometimes jointly.The District also runs a successful Explorer Scout Section. Wirral Fox Rescue, formally Pawprints, is Wirral's only dedicated centre for the rescue, rehabilitation and release of foxes. Through a combination of coordinated veterinary services and our excellent in house programme, we aim to nurse our foxes back to health before releasing them into the wild, preferably where they were first found.

Founded in May 1998 Liverpool Bereavement Service (LBS) is a charitable company devoted to providing the only exclusive bereavement service for adults and children of Liverpool and surrounding areas. We have 4 part time paid member of staff and approx 50 volunteers. LBS offers one to one counselling. The organisation offers training courses on "Loss & Bereavement" which can be tailored to suit.

Runs Community, Education and Mental Health and Wellbeing programmes throughout the year across Merseyside, NW England and the UK including the annual Liverpool Comedy Festival. The main focus is the ground breaking mental health and well-being programmes that aim to improve health and well-being, boost confidence, self-esteem and help to eradicate the stigma surrounding mental illness.

Dementia Together Wirral facilitates, organises and operates events for those living with dementia, their carers and former carers social events to relieve their social isolation by way of activities and services including regular memory cafes, singing/music, walking, and theatre together with mini-coach and canal boat outings with one-off items of entertainment such as dances, etc.

To permit the premises of the Upton Victory Hall to be used in perpetuity as a place of recreational and social interaction for the benefit of the inhabitants of Upton.
