THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC CONCERNING MUSIC AS A MEANS OF THERAPY. THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT FOR THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF MUSIC THERAPISTS. THE PROMOTION AND PUBLICATION OF RESEARCH CONCERNING THE THERAPEUTIC USE OF MUSIC.

Transforming Lives Together (TLT) is about enabling churches to make a greater contribution to the spiritual and social transformation of communities. TLT has been set up jointly by the Diocese of Chester and the Church Urban Fund and is a registered company and registered charity. It is part of Church Urban Fund?s Together Network of similar joint ventures around England.

The trust makes donations to charitable organisations and groups mainly in Cumbria Merseyside and East Suffolk

To promote the advancement of education for the public benefit relating to natural history, ecology and conservation of the natural environment.

Strengthen the life and witness of Quaker meetings in Wirral, Chester and beyond;Undertake Quaker service for the relief of suffering at home and abroad;Provide pastoral care for individual members Maintain Quaker meeting houses as places for public worship Administer and maintain the organisation of Wirral and Chester Area Meeting and contribute to the support of Britain Yearly Meeting.

To permit the premises of the Upton Victory Hall to be used in perpetuity as a place of recreational and social interaction for the benefit of the inhabitants of Upton.

Teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups. Taking of religious assemblies at the Church of England school within the parish. The provision of a church hall for the use of the community with a Christian ethos.

The Society offers various services across the Shrewsbury Diocese these include: Community Action Support, Family Groups, School Social work, Home Visiting Service, School Counselling, Parenting programmes We also offer delivery of courses and training focused on children, family and community were children are bereaved or grieving.

Provide social supports to Chinese Community by various activities and groups. There are five subgroups under the umbrellas of Wirral Chinese Association (WCA). They are Luncheon Club, Chinese School, Women's Group, Cultural Group and Youth Club.

To promote the objectives of the Riding for the Disabled Association registered under the charity number 244108 by providing disabled people with the opportunity to ride to benefit their health and well being in the Merseyside area.

The charity was established following a successful application to Wirral Borough Council to secure the future of the library via their 'Community Asset Transfer' process. The charity seeks to reopen the building, maintaining a library, freely available to residents, while also incorporating a dedicated community space and a cafe.

To operate a setting following the Early Years Foundation Stage providing young children with a great start to their education.

Sunday Worship, with junior church, youth music group and youth fellowship.Youth Club 4 evenings per week that serves young people with additional needs,Neighbourhood Centre;Support for community groups and local charities and a base for the Street Pastors also a distribution centre for the local food bank.

We are attempting to remove barriers by obtaining funding to offer an intensive pre-employment / training residential course over a 6 week period.Prior to the start of the programme they will complete initial briefing, training which will include team building and an individual skills analysis.Creating the environment for young people to discover and develop themselves. .

To help relieve sickness by the provision of motorcycle and vehicles courier services to hospitals and hospices in the charities catchment areas all free of charge and by volunteers of the group

Supporting 2 full time schools workers who work in schools and colleges providing support to school clubs and assistance in curricular areas ( assemblies, religious education,citizenship, PHSE).Working in partnership with other schools/youth workers; joint presentations at Easter, end of school year 6 and Christmas; Encouraging prayer and financial support from Churches and individuals

The Trustees objectives are to make donations to such charitable bodies or institutions at such times and in such manner as they in their absolute discretion think fit.

To promote the Buddhist faith

We provide accredited activities to young people who may not otherwise be able to acccess them. Enabling young people to gain benefit socially, economically and personally.

To provide a place of worship for the Hindu Community, hold Hindu festivals and offer full facilities to all shades of thought within the Hindu religion.To advance education in Hindu Culture by offering facilities for reading, social and cultural activities.To provide day care to the elderly and community facilities for the local community.

The trustees hold the capital and income of the charity from which they make donations to charitable organisations benefiting the Wirral and Liverpool area, with preference currently given towards social needs, the alleviation of poverty, the support of various medical fields, help for the aged, the environment and supporting worldwide disasters and the disadvantaged though community projects.

Provision of advocacy services and support

We assist young people, victims and witnesses of crime, and vulnerable members of the community through grants to either individuals, or organisations.We assist other charitable purposes as determined by the trustees.All applications are submitted by either a Police Officer, or member of Police Staff.
