WE HOLD SERVICES ON SUNDAY MORNING AT 10.30. WE HAVE A BUGGY CLUB ON A MONDAY, LEGO CHURCH ONCE A MONTH ON A SATURDAY AND "MESSY CHURCH" ONCE DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. WE HAVE A SUCCESSFUL CHILDREN'S SUMMER HOLIDAY CLUB.WE HOLD A FELLOWSHIP GROUP EVERY OTHER WEDNESDAY. OUR PREMISES ARE USED REGULARLY BY SCOUTS AND GUIDES . SEVERAL COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS ALSO USE THE CHURCH

The Port Men in Sheds seeks to address and alleviate the damaging health and mental illness consequences brought about by social isolation in older men often brought about by retirement, ill health and bereavement. We achieve this objective by operating a large workshop and social facility in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, where men can come together and socialise in a creative communal workshop space.

The operation of an amateur boxing club providing safe opportunities and facilities for people of all ages to participate in boxing and other sports as well as general health and fitness activities.

We are attempting to remove barriers by obtaining funding to offer an intensive pre-employment / training residential course over a 6 week period.Prior to the start of the programme they will complete initial briefing, training which will include team building and an individual skills analysis.Creating the environment for young people to discover and develop themselves. .

To help relieve sickness by the provision of motorcycle and vehicles courier services to hospitals and hospices in the charities catchment areas all free of charge and by volunteers of the group

Supporting 2 full time schools workers who work in schools and colleges providing support to school clubs and assistance in curricular areas ( assemblies, religious education,citizenship, PHSE).Working in partnership with other schools/youth workers; joint presentations at Easter, end of school year 6 and Christmas; Encouraging prayer and financial support from Churches and individuals

The Trustees objectives are to make donations to such charitable bodies or institutions at such times and in such manner as they in their absolute discretion think fit.

To promote the Buddhist faith

We provide accredited activities to young people who may not otherwise be able to acccess them. Enabling young people to gain benefit socially, economically and personally.

Christian Religious Activities

The trustees hold the capital and income of the charity from which they make donations to charitable organisations benefiting the Wirral and Liverpool area, with preference currently given towards social needs, the alleviation of poverty, the support of various medical fields, help for the aged, the environment and supporting worldwide disasters and the disadvantaged though community projects.

Beekeeping

To promote the Christian faith through meetings, evangelism, pastoral care, counselling, distribution of the Bible and Christian literature, and other means of support for these activities.- to counsel and help all members of society in any need.- to work with all other Christian organisations to promote the public good.- to perform charitable acts and services.

Provision of grants to recognised organisations - no grants to individuals - in the supported geographical areas.The Charity provides assistance to young people to encourage training, education, and the improvement of their recreation activities. It also supports the elderly and disabled with community support.Priority is given to supporting local organisations.

The principal activity of our Charity is to promote and advance the knowledge, education and well-being in life of all persons with special educational needs and or disabilities, and to support their families including siblings by delivering training, independent advocacy, representation and family focused activities.We offer independent consultation to organisations and Local Authorities.

The trust makes donations to charitable organisations and groups mainly in Cumbria Merseyside and East Suffolk

The Corner House Family and Community Hub CIO provides a range of activities to enhance the development of the very youngest and strengthen bonds within families. Activities include infant massage, sensory groups, music and movement, stay and plays, early learning themed groups.

A one stop shop to support the armed forces community in Warrington and the Cheshire area. This includes all veterans, early service leavers, reservists and their families from all three armed forces.This includes working with appropriate service providers, agencies,organisations and charities that assist military personnel. We also forge close links with NHS trusts in our area.

The objects of the CIO are to relieve the needs of children and young people in Merseyside and in surrounding areas who are in need as a result of ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, by providing or assisting in the provision of specialist items and equipment with a view to improving the beneficiaries conditions of life.

THE PURPOSE OF THE SCHOOL FUND IS:TO PROVIDE ENHANCEMENT ACTIVITIES FOR THE STUDENTS AND SUPPORT FOR PARENTS IN FINANCIAL NEED. TO ENHANCE THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS BY DEVELOPING THE SCHOOL'S GROUNDS AND IMPROVING THE SCHOOL'S RESOURCES.THE FUND RECEIVES DONATIONS FROM PARENTS, PUPILS, STAFF AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.THE FUND MAKES DONATIONS TO CHOSEN CHARITIES.

Our secular/social work includes:- The provision of advice and support for people in need and distress. Provision of parents & toddler groups. separate support groups for men and women. Education: The performing arts, music/media. Children's & youth clubs To serve our community in a Christian context and to support our membership similarly. Provision of space for other charities to use.

We take in animals which need to be rescued and/or re-homed and, if necessary, ensure they receive veterinary care,neutering and microchipping.
