As a PTA we organise events such discos, fairs, quiz nights, bake sales as well as organising the sale of items made by school pupils such as Xmas cards. We also sell new and second-hand uniforms. We support events organised by the school such as show and tell and sports day by providing refreshments. We have recently purchased outdoors equipment and new tablets to be used in class.

The society continues to hold a minimum of five public meetings a year (see statement of accounts) and the membership is asked if they have a preference as to where we should give donations and what we should do to enhance the area. The usual five public meetings have been suspended due to Covid restrictions

The Society promotes musical activities in Merseyside, particularly high quality chamber music. It also has an educational programme for amateur musicians.
