Wargrave Pre-School is dedicated to the philosophy of learning through play and encourages children to learn in an enjoyable and stimulating environment. Our curriculum is planned in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage as outlined by the Government's Department of Education.

The cultural social and physical development of young people through paddlesports and related activities, that they may grow into full members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved.To provide a centre for meetings, lectures, classes and other forms of leisure time occupation with an emphasis on the development of young people.

The London Irish Foundation uses the power of sport, rugby in particular, to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of people, both young and old, and to build a meaningful and sustainable legacy for sport and education across our communities, in Berkshire, Hampshire, Middlesex and Surrey.Our key work strands are rugby development, education, community engagement and inclusion.

We exist to advance the Christian religion; to relieve poverty and those in need by reason of ill-health, disability, unemployment or such other disadvantage; and to advance education both general and vocational for children or adults but always within the principles of the Christian faith. We operate primarily in Wokingham and surrounding area but also support Christians in Nepal.

Core activities include fundraising to provide:- Professional and peer support to families,- Improved care by funding training for hospital staff and related services,- Life-saving medical equipment, - Improved ward facilities.

The charity operates retail premises providing significant materials and resources to the public. It seeks to employ & train operatives to communicate with Churches & if possible Schools, the resources we provide & their benefits. This has enabled an increased presence in the community to promote awareness of our services and to display and sell resources in venues other than our retail premises.

Connect Reading connects organisations across communities & sectors to benefit Greater Reading. Members share resources & expertise toreduce poverty, inequality & unemploymentadvance educationimprove health & wellbeingpreserve the environment &reduce the impacts of climate change.How? By engaging companies, charities, education & public sector to catalyse collaboration & innovation.

Provision of English tuition to the local international community.Provision of therapeutic treatment in complementary medicine to the local community of all ages.

Pastoral and spiritual care of deaf and hard of hearing people in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. Runs a volunteer befriending scheme.

Homestart offer support,friendship,and practical help for parents with young children,in the locality of Wokingham Borough.Families are supported through the provision of a volunteer, who would visit the family in their own home once a week for up to three hours.We provide additional support through family groups.

To provide financial assistance for those in need through sickness or disability. Applicants must be resident within area of benefit referrals are not accepted direct from members of the public - only from the statutory authorities.

Saturday Morning Music School. Approximately 150 students in the age range of 5 years to 80

To relieve children and adults with dyslexia and related conditions by providing treatment at our research clinics focusing on dyslexia and related conditions. To advance the education of the public by undertaking research into causes and treatments of dyslexia and related conditions, training personnel, and publishing the useful results of such research

The Charity was established under a Deed of Trust and its objectives are to distribute investment income for the relief of local distress and charitable need of a Masonic or non-Masonic nature.

To educate the public in the dramatic and operatic arts and to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts.

Pre-school education.

BACC provides sanctuary for animals that cannot live in traditional domesticity due to behavioural or medical problems and animals that have been abandoned or mistreated. BACC focusses on educating the public on the management, behaviour and training of animals as well as managing their physical and mental wellbeing. BACC provides a safe space for people to connect with animals.

(1) Awarding grants to persons under the age of 25, who live or are educated within the parish, for the furtherance of their education. (2) Providing grants to St Pauls C of E School for the furtherance of religious knowledge. (3) Providing grants to the Sunday School for the furtherance of religious knowledge.

The charity holds investments and uses the income to support retired priests

1. Autism training in the Thames Valley area.2. Special interest youth groups.3. Parent/carer support and information

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN AGRICULTURE, HOME CRAFTS, COUNTRY LIFE AND RELATED SUBJECTS.OUR MISSION STATEMENT; "TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE TO HAVE FUN, IMPROVE THEIR PERSONAL SKILLS AND GAIN A SENSE OF ACHIEVEMENT".

The Charity's Objects are specifically restricted only for the public benefit to preventing or providing relief from sickness, disease or human suffering by assisting vulnerable adult members of the public in Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

Around 100 Trust volunteers drawn from the churches across Wokingham are involved in activities to support the local schools in helping their students deal with the pressures they face from stress at school, bullying, sexual pressures and bleak employment prospects. These services are given from a Christian moral and spiritual perspective where appropriate.
